Absolutely awful. Staff was extremely disrespectful and rude. Kept cutting me off when I tried to speak, and the man that was workI bc kept huffing and rolling his eyes when I had questions about the passport application. DISGUSTING

I do not understand all the negativity on this particular post office I live down the street I happen to go there several times a month been going there for years always professional and helpful it's not a pizza shop where they are going to chit chat with you it's a federal building.

They’re just like basically all the other public post offices in the country lazy and brain dead a couple of times I had a couple of times now I’ve had packages held up there for a couple of days when I live in Carthage and my mail goes to Deer River they’re only an hour and a half drive from Syracuse this is why I say that the USPS should be banned from delivering packages and that only UPS and FedEx should be the 1s that deliver packages

The actual worst post office of all time. Had the passport agent cancel 5 times for my appt, despite me needing a new passport for a student visa. They have no staff, noAccountability, no professional. Do not go here
