This post office is the worst how do places like this stay open they are rude and get paid to not do there job something needs to be done. Change workers but it start from the top management joe is rude so why would we think the workers would be any better its a shame you can't even get your mail from this place they dont even deserve that star

Definitely a Biden era dei post office my mail delivered elsewhere and received other people's mail or not at all when I complained about their ineptitude, service was stopped and couldn't even pick it up at the post office my mail disappeared I believe tampering with mail is a felony

5 Stars – Exceptional Service by Christy at Division Street Location
I had the pleasure of being helped by Christy at the Division Street Post Office in Syracuse, NY, and I can’t say enough about her exceptional customer service. From the moment I walked up to the counter, she was warm, professional, and incredibly helpful—even though it was the final half hour closing on a busy Saturday before Mother’s Day.
I had multiple items to mail—some personal, some for work—and wasn’t sure about the best packaging or labeling options. Christy patiently walked me through each step, offered solutions with zero judgment, and made sure everything was done properly. She even replaced a label I’d messed up and explained exactly where to place everything on a box I wasn’t familiar with.
What stood out most was how seamlessly she balanced USPS policy with genuine kindness. She didn’t rush me, made sure I received both an email and printed receipt as requested, and kept everything efficient. It was clear she takes pride in doing her job the right way, and it made a huge difference.
Christy is a true asset to the USPS—thoughtful, knowledgeable, and everything you’d hope for in a representative of public service. I hope she receives the recognition she deserves. Christy is the reason for my Five-Star.

Please put the girls back up who're friendly, considerate and knowledgeable. Flanagan is rude and doesn't know what he's doing. Then the supervisor Devyn lacks the communication and customer service skills to be a supervisor. I've never met a supervisor who rolls their eyes, huffs and puffs while talking to customers. His supervisor position definitely needs to be reconsidered.

6:27pm Carbon st. Asked mail man what's going on he said he's just doing packages and IF he gets to it and HAS the time he'll deliver the mail since it has to be done by 8pm. WHAT KIND OF MAIL Courier is that? Skipping the houses and just doing packages? No wonder my mail goes missing almost every other day. I'm going to see the post master AGAIN tomorrow

Trying to speak with an agent is impossible. The automated system is horrible. It's better to drive to the post office to get an answer than play games .

My package was not delivered. My mail was on the package. I don’t know why it wasn’t delivered. The weather was not bad. I called you guys from each number I keep talking to a robot, not a human being. You guys really suck I’m talking to the robot and she doesn’t understand what I’m saying :(Very disappointed

The carrier is trying to tell me where to put the mail box on my house. The lies they tell about having a hold cause no one lives there, to the mailbox being in the wrong place. They dont realize to not deliver the mail is a US CODE violation perhaps the FBI should get involved since the supervisor can't get them to not hold up delivery.18 U.S. Code § 1703 - Delay or destruction of mail or newspapers
