We went to get a passport at 10am on a Friday. It was not busy, the employees were helpful, knowledgeable, and enjoyable to be around. Did not take long.

I highly recommend putting a special request in to place items in your mailbox or just go pick up from the location. There has been multiple times where my package was reported “delivered” only to find out it was not delivered. I spoke with a woman supervisor who shared that their “best carrier (Dave) doesn’t make mistakes.” I went back after still not receiving the package that was marked as delivered, and there was a man supervisor who shared “it may have been a trainee,” And this type of stuff “happens all of the time.” Drastically different responses, but alarming. Do yourself a favor and take the extra time to do a special request, or pick it up yourself.

There workers don't even know how to put peoples mail in the right box. It was brought to the supervisor and yet nothing has seemed to happen to correct it. I am tired of getting other peoples mail. Hell, I got mail for an address I never knew existed.

People here seem nice at the post office; however, today I had my check stolen even though it was slated to come on on my usps digest. Every other piece of mail but my paycheck came in. Can't trust the workers to deliver your mail.

I order stuff on a daily basis almost. Anytime it originates here or passes through here I get them damaged. Everyone here deserves to be fired.

They’re full of a bunch of lazy sorry excuse for a bunch of workers they held up a couple of my packages twice for a few days when my home address is in Carthage my mailing address is in Deer River both of them are only about a hour and a half drive this is why I say that the USPS should be barred from delivering packages and UPS and FEDEx should be delivering packages

Lady clerk was very rude.I didn't have my state ID,but I showed her different types of ID like my medical and it had my picture on it and other forms of ID as well. Other clerks don't give me a hard time just her. And got upset with me because slip left in my mailbox was ineligible. It had my last name it was not written out to her liking and had apt # I even described package that was coming and where from and it has my name
