Employees are never actually helpful and are always rude no matter what the situation is. Today I came in to ask for help forwarding an important package to a previous tenant of my new home. The employee that talked to us was engaged in a personal conversation for several minutes before helping us. When we were finally helped, we were told to go to UPS with the employee throwing her hands up and saying “I have nothing to do with this.” I read over the package and agreed, but asked if they had the updated address I needed and was given a very rude and loud “Bye!” while she was waving over the next customer. Completely unhelped and disregarded this time, let alone every time I’ve been in since moving to Syracuse.

Absolute POS distribution center, my $500 package , a 4 ft long box went from Florida to Syracuse IN 1 FREAKING DAY.. due to be delivered the next day to me and still sits at that POS East Syracuse distribution center for 2 days now which is 25 minutes from my house…. GARBAGE DISTRIBUTION CENTER WITH OBVIOUSLY GARBAGE PEOPLE WHO WORK THERE THAT EITHER CANT READ DELIVERY DATES OR SIMPLY DONT CARE ABOUT PEOPLES PACKAGES THEYVE PAID THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY TO HAVE USPS DELIVER

Pay for 1-3 business days and you people are never on time and never return my money for early arrival so if your reading this don't bother giving them your hard earned money they'll just take it and blame someone else

Terrible you guys had almost two days to deliver my package from Syracuse to my post office which is a 40 minute ride not even do better I would put negative 5 stars at this point.

This Syracuse location is the worst . They let packages sit around for days . Then when there is movement, it's been know by tracking to be sent in a reverse direction . They really need to get their **** together .

They keep sending the package to other cities and back to Syracuse, or even sending the package to another facility in Syracuse but never delivers. How can they can't read the address?

it seems as though they have no clue what they’re doing. every single time i get a package, no matter where it’s from they send it off somewhere the complete opposite direction, and then have to get the package back to get it to me.

I honestly don't understand why this facility holds all packages FOR DAYS before sending them out. My packages are normally here early and can be delivered early. Instead, this facility will hold the packages for the duration of the shipping time, and make sure that my packages get delivered within the 7-10 delivery frame. They will NEVER deliver it early. Even if they receive it 3 or 4 days before it's been the full 7-10 days.
I have watched tracked packages sit at this facility for a week before they finally send it out. Do not expect to get any packages early if your package arrives here early. They won't let it leave until the day before delivery.

I came to this facility for a passport renewal. I had the pleasure of Kiondra helping me. She was very happy and knowledgeable as she assisted me with this. It was a very nice experience.
This was on June 14th at around 1pm. I wish I got the other women's name that was there also. She was very friendly and helpful also.
I would like to say thank you for all the help and assistance with my passport. Great facility they deserve recognition for their hard work and friendliness.

8/10 of my packages live at this center for over a day. There's one that's been there since June 6th 3pm. I hate when my packages go to this one rather than the other one.

The worst automatic answering service I have ever had to deal with. Would not transferred me to a representative. Wasted 15 minutes a finally had to give up.
