I came here with my boyfriend, but the shoes were too tight for him and they didn't carry any wides so we didn't end up buying anything. I did, however, love the Stranger Things collection they had -- pretty cool!

I just left the Destiny USA store. We had spent $150 around Christmas for two pairs of sneakers, socks and a sweatshirt. The one pair of sneakers did not fit me properly so I went in to destiny to return them(I had already ordered a pair online to replace them). I accidentally switched boxes and put the returned pair in my husband box and threw away the box for my pair. The sneakers had never been worn, tag was still on them and I had the receipt within the time frame to return them. The young female manager would not return them for me, said they didn’t have the technology to create a sku for the box. Why should I have to suffer for their lack of technology? Although She was friendly, she wouldn’t even budge and I asked for her managers name and she said she wasn’t allowed to give out numbers. We have a family of 5 , devoted to vans, after this terrible customer service experience, I’m not sure if we will be back. Vans apparently puts the value of the box, over the fact that I had a paid receipt and tags still on brand new sneakers.

I be went to this store yesterday, 10/30/21. I point caked out 2 decks off the wall and waited for asistance. There were not many people in the store and I silly could not get anyone’s attention. All of the employees were on their headsets talking but no one wanted to help me purchase the decks I wanted, Powell Peralta Geegah pool shape and a Real Kyle Walker cathedral. I guess dudes with money in their pockets isn’t their ideal customer.

Clean store, great prices, wide variety to choose.. from apparel to shoes to stickers to accessories. Something for everyone. Very friendly staff. Thanks Vans store..your the best.

Employees are mostly helpful and extremely friendly; but not really knowledgeable about products. -Although it's probably safe to say a good majority of them wheren't even born yet back when I was wearing Cab4's in the 90's.*Hey, bring THAT shoe back. It was *six?* pieces of suede with a quadruple toe cap stitch. Remember toe caps? I do. Lasted me two years on a skateboard. These new hikers you guys have lasted less than two weeks on a standard BMX run. There's already a hole in the sole. . I'll start a petition to channel the soul of Steve Cabalero for a resurrection of those 4's if I have to. The Suicide Machines wouldn't be dancing in those hikers, I'll tell ya that.#whathappened #fashionbeforepassion#notsureifiwannagetinthevan #souldoubt

Had a sizing mix up on an online order. Went to the store and they straightened things out in a professional and timely fashion. Truly five star service. Vans pretty much has me as a lifelong customer, but such a terrific retail shop locally really seals the deal.
