Great customer service and professionalism at this location! Went in on a Sunday morning and was in and out within 45 minutes. Everything was efficiently communicated and handled by their Sales Professional, Sam. He was informative and easy to work with. I would highly recommend doing business in this location!

Love the customer experience and service that Sam provided. I was searching for the iPhone 15 Pro Max which was sold out everywhere but he took my number in case it came in. He called me when one came in and I instantly went to the store to upgrade my 11. He went above and beyond in helping me upgrade to the 15 Pro Max even though it was late.Highly recommend this location, if there were 10 stars I would give it.

Sam here is AWESOME! very honest and transparent and went above and beyond to help us with our bill and give us fair prices. Best one in syracuse! just a little tricky to catch the location around the circle.

Walked into this outlet after my Mom lost her phone. Explained our concerns and both Tim and Sam assured us they could get her up and running on new phone with no problem. They were able to port over all her info from lost phone (which was amazing). Her cell is her lifeline, top notch service all around! Best news with the transaction was we're saving 17 dollars a month with new phone, it's not much but every little bit helps!

Mo was very helpful. Due to previous account I had an issue setting up new service. He patiently felt with 2-3 hours of calls and account bs between AT&T and Verizon. Very helpful and courteous.

I bought a new Verizon phone several weeks ago & all was well, until it wasn’t. I was unable to call from my vacation site on American side of St. Lawrence River. My phone said “warning roaming”.I returned to the store where purchased. The salesman there spent quite a while pushing buttons.He said, “problem solved”. Wrong, now I can not call out. The phone now says, “no internet”.Frustrated, after 3 days & speaking to many Verizon & Spectrum Supervisors, I do get a VerizonSupervisor who apologies for not being to help me. He gives me another Verizon Supervisor whoresearches the phone number for the International (American/ Canadian) Operator. Fritz listensto my problem & talks me through the setting changes(all were correct for the last one. We testedIt.Now, I can call using the Canadian tower.However, I cannot call through the American. I tell you all thisI am handicapped & if I need emergency help I have no service. I get into the car, drive 3 hrs,,go to my neighbor to use his phone to call Verizon & again, no help. Phone is still dead..I locate a Verizon office that is still open & drive there.I meet Sam Ibraham , Sales..I ask him if he knows anything abt. Phones because mine has a problem. He listens quietly, picks up my phone & in 10 minutes has it functioning again.I, once again, love my phone and Verizon!!

My daughter and I had such a fantastic experience at the store, specifically with Dallas Phillips - we came to the store about 10 minutes before closing and he stayed 45 minutes after his shift ended to help us. He was absolutely fantastic and helped us boost our plan and get everything we needed taken care of quickly and with ease! We would recommend working with this store and Dallas!

Met with Brian Oot. Awesome guy. Needed help with my phone. Terrible battery. Went over options for new phone that I’m getting and he saved me rediculous money on my bill based on plans and discounts I didn’t know about. Can’t thank him enough for helping me out.

This place is terrible and not an actual Verizon store, I ordered a iPhone 13 pro max 512g on April 15,2022 while there was a promotion that would give me $1000 off my iPhone 11 Pro Max 256g trade in and the promotion also promised a $200 gift card. I went today to pick up my phone 4/29/22 and they said that promotion is over, I said but you ordered my phone for me on the 15th while the promotion was active, long story short they did not want to honor the promotion, I called Verizon and they said they received many complaints from this location but they can’t do anything because there not an actual Verizon store, now I lost out on the promotion, ended up not buying the phone because they didn’t honor the promotion. Be very careful with this place…BEWARE!

I do NOT recommend this Verizon location. My significant other and I needed news phones and reliable service. We went in and the employee was helpful. When I had asked about the discount my employer offers, he said that I would receive an email to activate it. I waited a whole month for the email thinking it was delayed because of how the world is running these days. I never received it. My SO and I decided to stop in to receive help and support on this issue. Instead, we received lackluster customer service. The employees clearly didn't want to help us with our question. They gave us the run around. When we left in frustration and disappointment, I had accidentally left part of my OtterBox defender case (which was a gift from my SO to help my with my job). We realized what happened and rushed back to this location and the same employees told me there was no case there, which was not true. They then decided to bagger me about our original issue.I then called customer service to receive some proper help. They told me their hands were tied because this location is an Authorized Retailer meaning the employees were not apart of corporate. They also said that my employer's discount had stipulations which was not clearly stated to us at the time of purchase and activation, so we were under false pretenses of our monthly bill. We will not be going back to this location ever again and I am warning you all, as well as all our friends, family, and coworkers, to not step foot into this location.
