He put my mind at ease, I had dropped my phone, the screen had some cracks in it. It also was doing some weird things with dimming the screen. He had told me it was because of the cracks that it was doing that.
I have insurance on it, they came right to my house to fix it. It was fixed in like 5 minutes!

Terrible service, unfortunately. Extremely expensive. So I will go elsewhere. I guess customers pay for the employees fancy clothing and Doos. The embellish themselves with your hard earned money. Then but phat suits and glossy, expensive shoes to wear in your face. Verizon is a horrible experience and a horrible choice for customers when you can get the same thing for a whole lot less at Patriot Mobile or even T-mobile and Straight Talk.
People waste money by buying directly from Verizon. And, it's a scam. But bit you want to waste your money by all means, but Verizon and struggle to eat, pay your mortgage, car payments, credit card payments, and your utilities. Go to Cricket, don't waste your cash here m. Unless you're mindless or filthy rich. Good grief

I went into Verizon recently to find that Jesse and Shane are no longer there. I have been a customer for over 24 years and I am very disappointed to see that Jesse and Shane are no longer there. I have dealt more with Jesse over the years and he was nothing but wonderful and extremely helpful to work with. Very disappointed that they are gone. I wish the both of them the best of luck where ever they land.

I just found out the only two people that were of great help at this Verizon store were let go. A few weeks ago, Shane was in a car accident and when I called to set up an appt with him, the rude person who answered ( it was not Jesse), replied, "Nope" when person answered and I asked if it was Shane, then I asked if he was available and the reply again was "Nope" and they hung up on me. Well, that person must still work there, because Shane and Jesse, who ran the store, were let go!!!! Shane never was told why they were letting him go. Verizon mgmt reply to him was that since his employment was voluntary, they didn't need to give him a reason????? WHAT??? Everyone who chooses to work somewhere, voluntarily chooses that company. WOW. Deeply upset with Verizon and I no longer will go to that location, without Jesse or Shane. I dealt with Shane this last time and he gave me the best service I ever had. We were working on getting a new phone and changing contract, etc, since I have been with Verizon for over 24 years. Well, may be time to switch to another carrier, if this is how they treat exceptional employees!!

Both the level of customer service and overall atmosphere that one experiences when walking in the doors of this location is BAR NONE. Whether it’s Jesse, Shane, or another who greets and assists you, or Joe Castaldo who hooked us up with iPhones for our family, you’ll surely find they are fast, friendly, knowledgeable, competent, and outstanding. When it comes to taking a trip into a Verizon store, whatever your need may be, choose this “R Wireless” location if you want red carpet-service. Thank you, Guys!

I had an excellent experience at this Verizon store. Joe, who helped me with my phone purchase, and the manager (whose name I didn’t catch) were incredibly patient and accommodating. I’m a grad student who lives out of state, and they went above and beyond to ship an iPad I got with my purchase to my temporary address instead of the one on file, all at no extra cost. Their humor and personality made the whole process enjoyable, and their patience in answering my questions was much appreciated. Highly recommend this team!
