We have been at Verizon for a few years and have been treated with the utmost respect. Jesse, the Mgr.,has gone out of his way to help us, and teach us the correct way to use our phones! We give them a 5 out of 5, ?stars ?

Joe did an outstanding job getting my phone and tablet set up and covered with the best security coverage for both of my devices. ? Jesse the store manager, was very helpful getting me the best plan and perks that fit my budget. I highly recommend this Verizon store and the staff! ?

I stopped in the Verizon Store on Lawrence Dr in North Syracuse today to look into purchasing a new Samsung Galaxy S24 phone. I was greeted very pleasantly by Joe, one of the Associates. He asked what brought me in today, and I said I was intrested in the new promotions Verizon Wireless was offering on the new Galaxy phones.Jesse the store manager came over to help me. He took the time to explain the new promotion and to answer any questions, I had. I decided to get a new Galaxy S24 phone.Jesse had me sit down with CJ one of the Associates to set up my phone. Everything went seamless. The customer service from these guys was outstanding. I highly recommend Jesse and his staff.Bob Hoose

Jesse and his staff go above and beyond for us every time. We've been coming here for years for our phones and other tech needs. The best thing for me as someone who isn't very technically inclined, they actually take the time to help you set up your phone and transfer info.

Transferred from at and t where I was paying $112, and had good coverage. Was told my bill was going to be $109 plus fees coming to $121 but I was going to have to”much better service” since having Verizon I haven’t noticed much of a difference in service quality so there’s that. Then was told my first bill was going to be slightly higher cuz of activation and connection fees, my first bill was $165, okay no worries, paid it. However I have now had Verizon for 6months. Every single month my bill has been outrageously different (varying from $149-$181 but NEVER has been the $121 I was promised) and to be paying that much for a single line is completely outrageous. When I went into the store to try to figure out what’s going on with my bill Jesse Mykietyn was an absolute nightmare to deal with.He’s not the one who directly sold me the phone, and so I don’t understand why he took me trying to explain to him my frustrations with the company thus far as a personal attack on himself when he’s just an employee and not Verizon itself? He got aggressive, raised his voice to me and told me to leave the store after offering no solution for my ongoing problems with Verizon. Also, my VPN got hacked by China last month and I was COMPLETELY UNABLE TO USE MY PHONE. So what the heck! I’m over Verizon and will be buying a phone outright and going with a different service. They offer false promises, attitude, zero solutions, and obviously zero protection as well if my phones getting hacked through their service being my provider. I have used iPhones for years and have never had a problem with I have been with other carriers.Don’t give Verizon a chance, save your money, your time, and your energy. This place is DEFINITELY not worth it.0/10 this has been the worst experience with a phone company since owning a phone honestly.Good luck to whoever goes with this company.

A late review, but since my interaction in this store came up while I was talking with someone else the other day:I ordered a phone online back in January/February with a trade promotion for a pickup in store. 3 days went by and I had to call them to ask where my phone was since I hadn't received a "ready for pickup" email. The manager stated there was a system glitch and that the phone wasn't actually in stock. He asked me to come in the following day to meet with him personally since they had an extra phone that was cancelled by another customer. Sure, ok I guess.Went into the store the next day. The manager wasn't there, so I was pushed onto a sales rep, who had no idea what was going on, or what the situation was. The rep only cared about cancelling the online order to establish the new line for her commission. Didn't care to take the time to call into their retail support staff to get the trade situation figured out, since apparently I couldn't re-process the trade with the new order in the store. I also had to switch my phone number 'because it wasn't port-able." I ultimately ended up having to pay the installment at full-price to get the phone I wanted, while also getting a new phone number.This location is a joke compared to the experiences I've had at the Verizon corporate stores in the area.This is the complete opposite of an experience I would deliver to my customers. There's literally no way people are legitimately giving this store a 5 star review... No way at all. They must be giving people money to do it.To break it down:1) The manager is too disorganized and doesn't care about the customers, so instead of meeting 1:1 with me, he pushed me off to a rep that didn't care since he couldn't be bothered to come into the store that day.2) I guess it's common sense to most, but I guess not here -- usually when an online order comes through the system and there isn't a phone available, I'd call the customer the same day to inform them and give them options --- not at this location I guess.3) I guess with another issue with a lack of common sense and customer service skills, why didn't the rep take the time to call their retail support and get the pending trade cancelled so I could conduct another in the store and get my promotion?4) Where I work, we follow up with every customer interaction. They don't here at this store -- or else they would've known I wasn't the most satisfied customer that walked out the door at the end of the transaction.At the end of the day, I dropped Verizon entirely because this store messed up my transaction from start to finish, in addition to that, the 5G network is terrible compared to competitors.If you want real support, I'd suggest the corporate stores in Cicero or in Destiny.

Do not do business with this store unless you’re ok with them giving you a phone only to have them take it back a week later, totally inconveniencing you!!!!! Unprofessional!!!!! Thanks a lot to the store manager Jesse!!!
