They don’t do any refunds and clothes is very poor quality/over priced. Before buying an expensive pair of jeans, I asked the employee multiple times if I could return the item if it doesn’t fit they said yeah. I got to return it because the jeans feel like there from alibaba and the employees refuse to return the product

The absolute worst customer service ever!!! For my son's 16th birthday I took him to Destiny Mall and bought a few outfits at the The Villa Store. Once we returned home (Which is over an hour away)We realized that 1 of the shorts did not fit correctly. A week later, I called the store location and spoke to an employee and explained how I misplaced the receipt but assured the item was placed back into the original bag with the tags attached to and unworn. The employee Stated I can come back once I'm in the area again to swipe out the item for a different size. On Father's Day, I go back to the mall to return the shorts the employee asked when did I buy the shorts? I explained in detailed what my situation and stated it was over 30 days. Nothing has changed with the item, everything was new with tags and untouched. I did NOT request a Cash return only to swipe out the item for a different size OR something different in which if it cost more I would have paid the difference. I as told that is NOT an option and a receipt is needed to even swipe an item out. YOU lost business and will NOT recommend this store to anyone.

Wish I could give 0 stars... Worst customer service ever experienced wish they'd get a manager in there that knows what they hell they're doing and get this place happy... Would love to shop here if the employees were nice and actually helpful.

Stopped in prior to christmas. I had seen something online and wanted to see if they had it in store. I asked the associate working why the difference in the price. The store was $10 more. The associate that was working told me they didn't know. They did not make any attempt to figure it out any further. Not knowing if I was purchasing for myself or a gift then said to me "Those are mens pants you know, not womans" The item in question was track pants. I was really taken back as this had nothing to do with the original question that I had asked. She then walked away. I was very put off by this interaction that I left without purchasing any of the items that I was intending to buy that day. I instead went to a competing company and had a much better experience.

Stopped in day after Christmas for the tri-color nmd. Employees were an hour late to open. I watched a young women open the register. Another young women opened the door to let me in. I was the only customer in the store. I asked for a size 11 and she said they were sold out of size 11. ??? How I asked? There was someone here before you she says. But I watched you open the register, I say. She shrugs and says they are gone. Villa needs to get its house in order. I won't be back.
