Came down from Canada, and checked out this place while visiting in syacruse. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Best part was seeing a gold rc10L on the display shelf! (I can finally cross that off my bucket list of stuff to see). Great overall place!

Absolute horrible service. I have purchased many items from this store only because it is the only local store to be able to acquire the parts I need. I have never had a wonderful experience but this last one was horrific. The individual refused to help me, talked down on me for not knowing something and insulted me all with my young son with me. Never again. Thousands spent there. Try to spend local and this is what you get... better off online.

Bought a sports kite here yesterday. The instructions were vague and not too helpful when putting the kite together. I came into the store and Tony and Cliff were able to help me put the Kite together right away. 5 star customer service and these guys know their product and stand behind it. Thank you so much!
