Zero ? . I do not recommend them at all.I came here for 10 years from other side of the town because they used to be the best. But this past year it's always something. I don't know what changed but they keep missing an item or out of stock or forget to order prescription. Last month I had to pick up a device to ✔️ my blood glucose level I was given a broken device so I called the pharmacy right away and I was told I should call the manufacturer. Oh ya ?Then today I was at doctor office they ordered 2 prescription one was given to me the other one was not filled because according to pharmacy they called my doctor for a question but was unsuccessful so the provider talked to them infront of me to make sure everything gets sorted it out. But guess what I came home to find out I was given half of prescription meaning insulin pen with no needle. So I called then pharmacy after one of them put me on hold and then hang-up on me then second one put me on hold again and the one who hangup on me picked up again not knowing or acknowledging that she hangup the phone on me 20min ago. She told me I need a prescription for the needle. Yap all this run around just a simple salutation. Seriously...I was at doctor office the doctor spoke to you and ask if there is anything needs prescription the lazy didn't check to see the needle needed to have prescription. In simple words they don't want to do the work instead makes customers run around. Very disappointed and changing my pharmacy ASAP. I do not recommend them anymore.

In my opinion I think Wegmans customers are broke because me and my aunt went to the store and bought 12 cupcakes and they were 16 dollars I wanna know why its 16 dollars for 12 cupcakes like are yall broke ? y'all company going down hill or something ? Because there's no reason it should be 16 dollars for 12 cupcakes it could've been 14 or 13 something reasonable Yk? But that's it that's all just go down on y'all prices because people don't got all that money like yall rich people. In my opinion wegmans for rich people .

Dustin helped me with my pharmacy order. He was very kind and helped me with the best attitude you could have as a customer service representative. Couldn’t appreciate his help anymore. It gave me an amazing representation on what you should experience with calling your pharmacy.

I fell in love with wegmans while I was living in nj ; not inexpensive but their quantity surpasses the cost. Their in house made products are delicious and worth a try . Seafood, deli , cheese , salad and even sushi counters how can you go wrong. Great space to park and lovely staff.

The onondaga pharmacy is the worst pharmacy I have ever been too no communication between staff I am constantly waiting for my refills and givin partial scripts because they dont have it in stock even though they're the ones that call my refills to my Dr's office unexcusable

I am just shocked about how unorganized this Wegmans is. From trying to get into the store through the construction in the front - not to mention the strange parking lot, to the way the sub shop payment system is set up. We actually stopped just to get a Wegman's sub - other than going to a DeBella's directly they are usually the best - and stood in an unorganized line. The sub shop staff was good at cranking our selections out, but then we couldn't pay right there - go to the catering desk they said. So off we went to the catering desk, just to find a customer actually placing a catering order and a line of people waiting to pay for subs. One person in line just finally had enough and went to the regular registers, as we did, because there was no clue how long this might take. When we got to the registers, we found them backed up, too. Managers were trying to help cashiers adjusting purchases. We finally were able to find a cashier that could help us ring up the subs. A couple of suggestions "Dear Wegmans Manager": 1. Allow payment right at the sub shop 2. Teach your employees to acknowledge waiting customers 3. Provide self-checkout registers 4. Take a look around you - this store has a problem. I have *never* been in a Wegman's that had sub-par service - until now.

It isn't a super Wegmans but it is still a good store. If you are new - know they expect you to bag your own groceries. No one explains that so it can be awkward in checkout line.

breaking federal law by requiring an emergency use authorized medical product proven to caused massive amounts of carbon dioxide to be inhaled throughout the day ... it's NOTHING about health and safety. At best, it's virtue signaling nonsense. it only served to drag us back into the tyranny we all had to endure over the last year.
I will NEVER be back!

The sushi was not very fresh today. Shrimp tempura tasted like stale toast. The wild salmon volcano roll has some kind of paper wrap around it that has a funny texture. Not very good all around.

This is the pizza I picked up for dinner on Sunday. Unacceptable quality. Went in the garbage. No response from wegmans. Choose other options.
