About Westvale Plaza
Westvale Plaza is a longstanding community asset that has been owned by a well-respected local family for decades. However, the plaza has suffered since it was acquired by out-of-town investors in 2021, as there appears to be a lack of commitment and investment to improve the property and address its deficiencies. Despite the challenges, the plaza remains a hub for specialty European, Polish, and Ukrainian foods, with a popular deli and a variety of candies and dry goods. Tenants and customers have faced a challenging environment, but the plaza still offers a unique shopping experience, with a smoke shop that carries an impressive collection of incense and pipes. Overall, Westvale Plaza remains an important part of the local community, though its future under the new ownership remains uncertain.
