“While having to fix your car as a result of an accident is always a disagreeable experience, I have to say that at least Clarkstown International Collision made this unpleasant experience much more tolerable. I have only been in a few accidents in all my years of driving, so my knowledge of auto body places is limited. Clarkstown International Collision was recommended by my insurance company, and although I was wary of going with a complete unknown, I’m glad I took their advice. I found Clarkstown to be extremely pleasant, accommodating, and honest. They also did an amazing job fixing my car. They even gave it a good cleaning on both the outside and inside, when all that was damaged was the bumper! There is one person I would like to single out – Joseph, the person in charge of fixing my car. When I brought the car in, I was still very shaken by the accident. Joseph patiently walked me through each step of the process and never showed any sign of annoyance, even when I had to repeat some of my questions several times over. If I ever have another accident – which I hope I don’t – I will not hesitate to bring my car to Clarkstown International Collision.”

“I had an amazing experience this week with Interstae 9W Auto Body. I had a dent in my hood and given the fact it's aluminum, it was not clear whether they would be able to fix the dent using the E-Z Dent method or should do it the old way buy fixing it and painting the hood. Chances were 50%-50%.Well, Tulio was able to do miracles again!! “I had the unfortunate experience of being rear ended. The company that was responsible for the repair suggested that I go to Mitchell's to get them to do the work as they are the best in the industry and this company uses them for their fleet.The staff at Mitchell's received me and took record of the damage explained possible delays in shipping due to strike at the time, and contacted me once it was time to come in. They had the resources to arrange a rental in the meantime as well.These days bumpers are electronic so they made sure that everything looked great and working properly before returning it to me looking like new (even cleaned my mats)They also returned to me a missing credit card (i probably dropped it when getting gas one day) which is a very vulnerable position to be in, but they made sure to hand it to me and there were no unauthorized charges on it as well.They were highly recommended to me and after my experience I would highly recommend them to anyone.
