The “first month free” offer is not really free. You will still have to pay $70 for admin fee + lock fee + mandatory insurance fee.

The loading entrance was closed and there was only one accessible entrance when I went on Sunday. It was at the front of the building and there is only one freight lift that was all the way in the back. We had to walk all the way around just to get stuff to our storage. Also, there were multiple people waiting to use one freight lift and no proper signs to show how to reach the lift or second floor. Lastly, there are no garbage bins and the dumpster is for employees only.

We’ve just moved in - from a Cubesmart in Manhattan. The CubeSmart staff (Paula) was welcoming and very helpful. We’re in a climate-controlled unit that felt quite warm, but was assured that was likely due to the extreme summer heat that day.

Buyer beware. This facility gave me a quote of $80 per month for a 5x10 storage space and then within 3 months increased it by nearly 100%. I think this is a bait and switch and unethical.
There are so many more storage facilities in the immediate area that offer competitive rates and won’t raise the price unexpectedly by 100%. Do your own research
I tried to speak to the GM and they did not help at all

Paula is a great rep for the company and rendered some awesome customer service. She needs some help! Outages of the electronic facility access system and some trash left languishing at the loading dock is overwhelming for 1 on-site FTE. Please send some backup!
