Vitals, covid swabs, chat with a Nurse, bloodwork, all set for a chat with the doctor. Although a short chat everything seemed to be efficient puzzle pieces for a meaningful conversation.”

Dr. Gonzalez’ profound knowledge is matched only by her genuine concern for the wellbeing of her patients. She consistently goes above and beyond to ensure their optimal health and comfort. Despite contemplating a transition to a PCP at NYP, particularly in light of Optum's recent acquisition of this practice, I’ve ultimately decided to remain with Dr. Gonzalez. The arduous task of contacting the office by phone and the limited information accessible through the patient portal are notable challenges that need to be addressed.
