I can’t remember ever dealing with a more professional and caring company in my life.
From my initial inquiry through our move and even after, everyone in this firm was absolutely fantastic. The quote was fair and comprehensive - prices out to our new home and a storage location broken down and explained to me completely.
The quality of service was amazing. We had our move scheduled for a Monday morning, and the night before my mom had a stroke and I had to postpone at 9:30pm on a SUNDAY. Ron was so supportive and understanding. The reschedule was smooth and they made themselves available on my schedule.
Now, for the actual move, the 5 men who moved us were some of the nicest people I’ve ever met. Moving is (was) a LONG day and these men made it fun and a good experience. They went above and beyond.
Finally, I would be failing in my review if I didn’t mention Shakira (hope I spelled that right!) in the office. She is an absolute doll and so very good at her job. She was knowledgeable and so sweet.

Everything she said would happen, it did .. they showed up on time, was very pleasant, saw what needed to be moved, they got right to work, was very gentle with my furniture, they worked fast, professional, made sure everything was covered, wrapped, and protected .. I went from a one story walk up to the third floor, and the never complained, made sure everything was were I wanted it, even made some adjustments for me .. “My parents used Skybox movers to move from a 3 bedroom house to a 2 bedroom apartment on February 20, 2024. I can’t begin to tell you how amazing this team was, the guys were so professional, and so efficient. They carefully wrapped each piece of furniture so they were in perfect condition after the move. They disassembled and reassembled the bigger furniture that couldn’t be moved in one piece. And they did everything as quickly, but as carefully as possible.I’m just so impressed with the job they did moving my parents’ larger furniture, and look forward to working with Alex and the team again! “This moving company is seriously the best!! I moved in August in Manhattan and they were so quick to get the boxes from my old apartment packed up in their truck and brought everything to the new place in a timely manner. The elevator in my new apartment was down during my move and the moving guys didn't complain once about bringing everything up 4 flights of stairs in the 100 degree heat in August. They were so sweet and when I tried to help them carry some of the smaller items up they wouldn't let me. Very professional, quick, and nothing was damaged or broken in the move. Additionally their boxes were really good and sturdy as opposed to some of the boxes I bought from Uhaul which were flimsy and didn't hold their shape. I would use this company again in a heartbeat and would recommend to all my friends.”

“Last week Rainbow Movers moved my 3 bedroom apartment and everything was outstanding. They use a 4-man crew and everyone on it was hardworking, friendly and very efficient. They’re careful, well prepared, and have great teamwork. Also important is that their rates are very reasonable. Always beware of super cheap movers, who will often give you a final price that’s way more than the one they originally quoted you. With Rainbow, the final price was exactly the same as the quoted one. The owner Larry is honest, smart, and knows what he’s doing. I wouldn’t think twice about using Rainbow again. Simply excellent.”
