I recently went into Tri-State Carpet Connections and they were a big help. I was in search for area rugs for multiple rooms in my house. The staff was extremely helpful and got me exactly what I needed. Jeff was a great help. Sociable and knew exactly how to help me. Very affordable as well.

Simply Unprofessional! Four years ago we purchased carpet from Tristate Carpet. Three years later the carpet buckled in many places. We called Jeff(the owner) from Tristate 7 times over 4 months starting in May, making it clear we were happy to pay for repairs. We spoke to his assistant Mike every time who was very polite and every time made it clear he would relay the message to Jeff. Finally after communicating that we were going to write a negative review he called back. He sent us a “work order”. It consisted of a picture of our three phone numbers. He said he called us on Aug. 29th. We NEVER had one message or voicemail on any of our phones. Now he wants to schedule an appointment, 5 months later. No thanks. We are DONE with Tristate carpet!!

Tri-State just completed their fourth job at our house over the past 18 years. As always, the job came out beautifully. They are always so accommodating, friendly, on time, great to work with and very reasonable. If you use another carpet place, give them a shot. I guarantee you they will be better and easier on the pocket.

I had a great experience with Tri-State. They did shades for big windows in my house as well as carpeting. Jeff and Mike are extremely helpful and patient. It took me several trips there to finally decide on the carpet. Jeff and Mike were helpful and patient. Service is exceptional.

Wonderful job! I had new carpet installed in my home a 2 years ago and the condition remains great. The colors have not faded, the softness has not changed and the overall install looks as it did on the first day. Jeff and his team made sure to help us through the entire process and made selecting a color and material type very easy. This room is heavily used but you wouldn't know it based on the flooring. I got numerous estimates locally but this was the most fair. Would highly recommend!

Horrible experience, my carpet on basement steps was sliding off , Kevin sent someone who said it was done poorly twice they came. Finally I said it has to be taken up and redone he was very nasty and said that would not be happening. He was a completely different person when buying carpet telling his stories about mama and papa it actually makes you feel like this guy is a nice family man .Don't be fooled he didn't care if mine fell down the stairs with loose carpet . Even the gentleman Mike he sent knew the carpet wasn't laid right . My mistake for given a local company business during covid . So sad this is how they do business!!!!

Their selection is great and their service is very good. You can't beat the deals at this carpet and flooring company. Jeff is easy to deal with and his staff are very knowledgeable. Their prices are very competitive. They will come to you and you can make an appointment also which I did and am happy I did this. Carolyn R., Westwood, NJ . They also replaced all the carpeting at t his 120 unit condominium where I live --The Roxbury Condominiums in Westwood, NJ a couple of years ago and did a great job. They do commercial and residential work --top quality !! The carpeting still is holding up great also !!

I couldn't be more pleased with the integrity, fastidiousness, and decency of this business. Jeff, the owner, was easy to reach on the phone and via email and was very patient with my many questions and concerns. He is a very honest person, which comes across right away. And he truly delivers on his promises. He sent me a excellent team, whose foreman, Manny, was a superb craftsman who paid attention to every fine detail. His assistants were equally accommodating and punctilious. The pleasant demeanor of the entire team made this experience one that was free of the usual aggravation that goes into renovations. The honesty and decency of this company made me only wish I had the option of giving them six stars! What a pleasure to work with Tri-State!!!

Thank goodness for Jeff!!! He has the patience of a saint!!! I was totally lost and needed professional help with tile he picked out many for me to see and I ended up finding something I love!!!
