We some times used the Chase branch near the train station and they are great as well. We see no reason for any negative comments. BTW we are not blond/blue eyed.”

“Well, apparently my experience in that branch has been different from that of the community. I am Latina and I have received good attention from all the employees, especially Crisaury Polanco. She has always been attentive and has resolved my requests with professionalism and cordiality. The only complaint I have about the branch is that for more than a week the ATM, which is 24 hours a day, has one of them that is defective and does not take a deposit and they have not fixed it.”
