Lifelong Chase customer here. This is the worst branch I've been to anywhere. Before walking in, let's just discuss the outside. The parking lot is separated from the rest of the shopping center parking lot for no real reason. Doing so doesn't really create extra spaces, and just inconveniences you if you're looking to go to the bank AND the shopping center. Meanwhile the extra entrance means you're limited in getting in/out of the damn lot too. The only ATM they have is outside, however it is not drive-up. You have to get out of your car and then wait in line, because there's only 1. They have drive-through service, however they never have adequate staff so you wait forever (more on that shortly). Because of how little they're staffed, you wait forever if you need a teller inside. Everyone also has an attitude, likely because they're short staffed. Other branches will have the bankers come out of their cubicles to help, but not here. Came recently to open an account, and banker literally wouldn't help us because he had 'a meeting in 20 minutes'; it does not 10min to open a fucking account. If I wasn't loyal to Chase and did a lot of business with them, I'd be gone based on the experiences here alone. Haven't been to the branch in Tarrytown, however you're better off driving to Irvington (which has a great branch) if you need something more than just an ATM.

Decades-long Chase customer here. This 64 N. Broadway branch is the WORST of all Chase branches I've ever visited in terms of poor service: obnoxious aggressive "bankers" who order you harshly to "sit down" when you arrive; disorganized schedules; poor staffing; and staff who don't show up for scheduled appointments. Chase corporate doesn't care and won't do anything to change this pathetic level of service because Chase really only cares about business clients -- but save yourself, and go elsewhere. Everyone should know this is also the branch that had an armed holdup not too long ago because it's at the intersection of two major highways, so it's also an obvious target for criminals hoping to get away quickly. Recommend that if you're looking for a Chase branch, there are so many others in this area, including the other Tarrytown branch at 64 N. Broadway, which is better, although given the terrible service at the 360 S. Broadway, that's not saying much.

We have used this branch for 25 years. Never had any issue with any of the staff. Always courteous, always helpful. The personnel has changed over the years has not diminished the service at all. We some times used the Chase branch near the train station and they are great as well. We see no reason for any negative comments. BTW we are not blond/blue eyed.

It's an unfortunate reality, however in order to be treated with respect and dignity at this branch you must have blonde hair and blue eyes. The branch manager who is of African American decent , also treats the Caucasian's with the upmost respect . Whereas if you're of Latin, or any other nationality you will be put on the back burner. For all those who are not Caucasian if you are looking for better service you should visit the branch on Wildey Street. I am sad that I had to encounter such disrespect and discrimination at a bank. However realistically speaking this is our reality. For the branch "Manager shame on you " As I am sure you have encountered bad treatment due to your skin tone. I will definitely be looking for a new bank.

I sincerely dislike this branch. I've given it many chances. But i can't stand the service here. There's never enough staff when i go in (creates longer lines/waits for everyone). I had to come in three times just to replace my debit card. each time i sat with someone, they gave me some bs about having to wait until their system updated. I also don't like how nosey they can be. Always asking penetrating questions about my line of work, wanting copies of my ID, income, credit score..etc. It's none of their business and i don't appreciate it whatsoever. Especially if i'm just in for something as simple as a Replacing a Debit card.

Very convenient drive by during normal business hours and right by a small shopping center in Tarrytown. Branch manager and business specialists are very friendly and professional all the time.
