Well, apparently my experience in that branch has been different from that of the community. I am Latina and I have received good attention from all the employees, especially Crisaury Polanco. She has always been attentive and has resolved my requests with professionalism and cordiality. The only complaint I have about the branch is that for more than a week the ATM, which is 24 hours a day, has one of them that is defective and does not take a deposit and they have not fixed it.

If I could give it 0 I would, it is the second time I have gone to this place and both times I have had a bad experience, the women who work there lack common sense and courtesy, both the 2 Dominicans who treat you like Hispanics with the tip of the tongue. foot and the grumpy white cashier. I went to the place and waited to change information on my account, while two of them were talking I waited a few minutes, they turned to see me and didn't ask me if I needed anything, they continued talking but it was different when a white woman immediately got up and asked Hi How can I help you? ? I believe that all your clients deserve to receive the same attention. From now on I prefer to drive 1 and a half miles where the other chase offers you better service.

The young girls that work at the counter are all ways very friendly and helpfully I walk to this one because how friendly the girls are.

The absolute worst service you can get from a financial institution. I've visited several times in the past two years to rectify a recurrent service charge. I am assured it won't happen again, but indeed continues. I've ordered checks that never arrive. I've been promised phone calls to confirm action taken. Nothing. Does anyone actually manage this bank?

If it was not for Sandra who works there I wouldn’t step a foot in the branch. Rude, unprofessional, nasty and disrespectful. Sandra is the best..

I am not sure why/how this branch is still open. They through me a loop to open a very simple savings account - misled me more than once. Some folks don't even know how to operate their own system.

Rude teller in a rush to go home. Part of your job is to assist your customers. Being annoyed because I didn't have my bank card is not great customer service. Even though I explained that a new bank card is being mailed to me. Asking politely for my ID should be standard customer service - asking "I need your ID" with an attitude is not very customer friendly The worst banking experience. Never going to this branch again.

Worst customer service I ever had. Tried to open the account with them but couldn’t get in. The one who picked up my phone, was so rude and helpless. Instead of helped me schedule an appointment for next week, she changed her voice tone to talked to me and constantly asked “Do you understand?”. Yes I do understand but I don’t want to do business with chase anymore. Thanks
