Ideal location in town, walk-able, with plenty of parking. For a smaller store, they carry quite a lot of items.
The pharmacist, John Curran, is phenomenal - answers questions, is personable,. The manager, Jason, is friendly and attentive. Team members are professional.
There are many customers, however, space is limited. It's very small for a CVS store. Aisles are narrow. In the front, there are boxes as this is a UPS drop off.
A newer store in town was renovated. This location at 51 N. Broadway desperately needs to be renovated and upgraded.

Pharmacy never opens on time

Went in two minutes before the pharmacy closed there happen to be someone they were waiting on and as soon as the time went to 1:31 instead of the pharmacist helping me, she then instructed me that they are now closed, but I was there at 1:28 before their closing time. It was so disrespectful, all she had to do was show great customer service, and take care of who was on time especially knowing that I was. The lack of great customer service is something that CVS needs to teach their employees whether they are in the pharmacy or the front counter, very disappointing and unprofessional behavior. I could not help that their person was taking too long helping another customer standing in front of me.

Visited this CVS on 3/4/24. The cashier was nice at first... then rude. I couldn't remember my CVS number (I tried a few different numbers... none were working) So instead of him helping me... he helps a group of kids who were making fun of me.
I wanna say... shame on the parents. (Your children were a group of young boys... maybe about 10 years old) they were pointing at me, directly staring at me and laughing at me. Where do you think they're learning that behavior is OK??? From YOU. Do better. Teach them that's not OK. With all the hate crimes happening lately, it's very dangerous to be in a situation with anyone of ANY age targeting me. I'm a human being.
As far as this CVS goes... (in general) it is messy, extremely small... and it seems like it is run down. Bad employees. And awful customers.
Go where you get treated with respect.

My recent visit was an absolute disaster. The staff was rude, the store was disgustingly dirty, and there was zero communication. The whole experience was a nightmare, and I strongly advise against visiting this location. The lady didn’t even look up when I️ said Hello and asked for help. Stay away!

Staff needs to be better trained , specially the young lady at the pharmacy counter. Is not the first time that this lady treats me bad but seems like the fact I’m a non English speaker really annoys her ,I’m a grad school student, spell a name and date of birth is not that hard haha but seems like she can’t understand what I say and really wanna make this clear to me and everybody else at the line. We are in 2023, there is no more room for racism!
