I go here often and they are always clean, fast and friendly! I recommend making an appointment in advance, but they also take walk ins.

My parents live in Tarrytown and this is my favorite nail salon to go to. They're so thorough and my nails came out great. It's sad to see the bad reviews as that was not my experience.

booked an appointment in advance, gave someone who worked there all the necessary information. Later i called to cancel as I had found a place that did what I was looking for and when I went to cancel a women picked up the phone and despite calling the right place, and chain, and putting my appointment in two hours prior, they had no recollection of it, told me I was confused, and kept trying to give me things I hadn't asked for, and would not confirm i ever had an appointment let alone canceling it.

If course everyone's concern is the covid. This place is definitely sanitized. Follows rukes.

Manicure and pedicure is fine, but they have such limited staff these days that you can rarely get a slot for hours and if you show up without an appointment it's minimum 30min wait. Iris nails was once my go to, but not anymore.

I picked a nail polish color of a brand that they charge $5 more. They did not tell me that beforehand. There is no sign on the row of nail polishes that there is a premium of $5. I told them that they did not tell me beforehand that there was a $5 extra for using that particular nail color. They should have a sign there to say that those nail polishes are additional $5 more to use. Just letting others know to confirm the pricing before they start the service.

I had a great experience at this nail salon today! All the staff is so sweet and kind and they are doing an excellent job following safety protocols for Covid-19, there is plexiglass and they are doing temperature checks and keeping a log/checklist of all employees and customers to make sure everyone is staying safe. I have been a loyal customer to Iris Nails for many years and I will definitely keep coming back! I was a little nervous to get my nails done but they were very clean and safe! Highly recommend!!

Absolutely terrible service. I made an appointment and they were very rude. I wore a mask and they are not equipped to handle normal customer relations. Terrible manager.

I used to live near this nail salon for 6 years. I went at least once a week, and had good experiences. I moved a few towns over, so I had to find a new place--but still come to this one once in a while when I am in the area. I have also referred many people to this salon. They have a card system where you get a free manicure with every 10 visits. Since I don't live near here anymore, it took me about 2 years to get to 10 visits. When I went to give in my card for my free manicure, the owner told me that they don't accept services done more than two years ago. I asked him to point out where it said that--and he could not. He literally took white out and crossed out my manicures that were over two years old!! If I don't live near here, and don't spend money here often, why would you be so petty about a $10 manicure by literally crossing off services that I did pay for? Wouldn't you want to honor what I have earned to keep me coming back? It's not about the $10...it's the principle of standing in front of me crossing things out when there is no written policy about this "two year rule." Bad business.

Never go to Judy. If you see her name tag and she's doing your nails ask for someone else. Unless you want lumpy nails. Terrible uvgel job. She even put two layers on and left them lumpy. Terrible attitude. Terrible job. The owner however is very nice man
