“It so quick! We were in and out in 5-10 minutes. We spoke to the doctor virtually and the nurse gave my son the rapid pcr test. In less than an hour the doctor called with the results and got an email. They emailed the results to the school nurse too. Highly recommend!!!”

“Very fast if you go early in the morning before 8 am, plenty of parking spots in the building, I’ve been there for other reasons in the afternoon and is hard to park. Easy to check in, bring your QR code, Nurse/staff fast and friendly, results in 24h. Very recommended.”

“When this location has vaccines, they're pretty good option. Last year when vaccines first came out, things were well spaced out with 6 feet between people, single file lines, and distance between stations.For the third shot, they wrapped around a different area with cubicles that were separated. The only issue at that time was the supply came late and took awhile to prepare the vaccine for usage after defrosting, so there was a ton of waiting.”

“The corporation itself is a disgrace but the male phlebotomist in WP is beyond amazing. Andrew was able to draw my blood on the first stick with no pain. If you need bloodwork he’s the one to go to. I will say to have patience though since he’s running the entire office by himself. I had to wait a little bit but felt terrible seeing one man have to do EVERYTHING on his own. Labcorp should have two technicians at each location or at least have a front desk person to input the patients information while the phlebotomist draws blood. To make one person run the entire office and expect them to take 40 people in a day is outrageous. I definitely recommend Andrew but bring patience”

“I liked the convenient one-step process. But it seems to be closed. Alternative is the cumbersome process at Lawrence hospital:1. Parking is harder to find (on-street) or more expensive (varlets)2. Go to the desk, wait for photo.3. Go through metal detector (NO pocket knives; they won't give them back if they take them)4. Go to intake, wait5. Go to test lab, which is at least nearby on first floor.6. Walk to street parking or wait for varlets to bring your car.”

“The receptionist was very kind from the beginning. I was nervous and anxious since I was coming in for a medical abortion, but they were so kind that it made it a lot easier. I asked all the questions I had written down to the medical scribe and then I also asked many questions to the doctor. And the ultrasound tech was also very kind and asked me if I had any questions. Once I decided I would rather do an in-clinic abortion, they made the process easy for me to have what would make me feel most comfortable. It was very kind. I will update after Friday.”

“This is not Frank, I’m his daughter Jan. I took my mother there today but sadly we didn’t have an appointment. I didn’t see the sign saying no walk-in so I was more than a little surprised to hear we had to go to another location. My mother was the patient and the thought of going somewhere else made my heart sink, she’s almost 90. Diane took pity on us and told us to come in! Well I felt like I won the lottery! She was so nice and calm and professional! She did a great job with my mom and we were out of there in a flash. I am more than grateful for her kindness, and the speed at which she performed the test. Thank you so much!”

“Labcorp is not all bad! I went 984 Broadway in Yonkers on the 9th of December; a zoo, one technician, full waiting room. I left.A week later, in and out in less than an hour. Jenna was the difference, she would look at and help you. But, she can not do it alone. She needs our help and the Company's.Did anyone tell me in GIANT print to bring my driver's license and iPhone? NO. The check in machine, which has the potential of being great, does not work without both of them. Yes, it is present;y clunky. Does not check one in. But, it has a future.NO WALK INS posted, not posted on the web site. But, Jenna let me check in.We need Labcorp. We need more Jenna's. Labcorp has work to do!Timothy Barnes, Hastings”
