Horrible mobile banking system. Transfers not working and no one can help. Closing account after a week of wasted time and frustration.

The worst bank i have ever dealt with, not to mention their online banking.

My mortgage was transferred to them. They have given so much misinformation and cause my mortgage payment to go up even after we’ve paid extra on the escrow. They do not show empathy and do not take responsibility for giving misleading information.
