I normally enjoy shopping at this stop and shop, however I called today to ask if they had a specific product so that I didn’t have to come in if it wasn’t there. The woman who answered was EXTREMELY rude, immediately just answered me with “No,” and then hung up the phone on me while I was in the middle of asking a follow up question. Who hangs up on customers?? I then went to the store and found that they did, in fact have the product I was asking about. So thanks to the woman on the phone…

Good selection but I find it a bit annoying there are homeless people begging for money as I am walking out with my food.

Here’s the thing with stop & stop, the pork and beef look bad. Everything is overpriced. Did I mention some hit my parked car and they refused to help out with video.

I absolutely love the stop & stop brand, I only shop at stop and shop I don’t bother with shop rite anymore. Fresher produce and better store layout

Go somewhere else. I dont know why I go here. Nothing works, self checkouts always broken. The scan it scaners haven't worked in weeks. I have literally been coming here since it opened, before they had self checkouts it was really horrible. The is a stop and shop in Ossining it has none of these problems. The people that work here are great but the place is completely mismanaged. They are always out of the same stuff and have no selection. How could a place so relatively new and big be so bad for so many years. Don't loose your sanity here, go somewhere else, its to late for me I will probably still go here next week. Don't be like me.

It is a good location, it is a little more expensive than other local stores, they do not have many lower fat items, to the plus there are a lot of self checkouts.

Badly run store. On a busy Sunday no one at fish counter...after long wait I went up to Customer Service to inquire...Guess what?..No one in Customer Service desk.
Management is a joke here.

Nice shop. Very large. Decent selection including vegetarian and specialty food items. Find it to be a little bit pricey.
