“While having to fix your car as a result of an accident is always a disagreeable experience, I have to say that at least Clarkstown International Collision made this unpleasant experience much more tolerable. I have only been in a few accidents in all my years of driving, so my knowledge of auto body places is limited. Clarkstown International Collision was recommended by my insurance company, and although I was wary of going with a complete unknown, I’m glad I took their advice. I found Clarkstown to be extremely pleasant, accommodating, and honest. They also did an amazing job fixing my car. They even gave it a good cleaning on both the outside and inside, when all that was damaged was the bumper! There is one person I would like to single out – Joseph, the person in charge of fixing my car. When I brought the car in, I was still very shaken by the accident. Joseph patiently walked me through each step of the process and never showed any sign of annoyance, even when I had to repeat some of my questions several times over. “We hit a large wooden object in the middle of the road on 95 North and ended up with 2 flat tires. There were 11 cars in total which requiring towing services. We were lucky to get Vincent Services as our company. The driver dropped us off at a local hotel as it was 10:00 pm on a Sunday night. The next day Vincent located the tires for us, we waited in their shop for the tires to arrive and they promptly mounted them and had us on our way. They assisted us in getting something to eat and were extremely pleasant.”

“Very responsive and friendly service. I needed somebody to come look at my car at home in my driveway, and they sent somebody out as soon as I called. Price was very fair.When it was determined the car would need more service, they scheduled a tow at a time that was convenient for me later in the day. When the tow truck came, the driver was able to resolve my issue so that I could safely drive the car to the shop myself. Despite coming out in the snow, he decided not to charge me since I didn't need the tow after all. “Primarily I went to have an inspection, but I also let them know that there's always a noise whenever it rains or right after the rain. They fixed the noise problem free of charge since it was a minor thing to do. They also let me know that at some point the links for the stabilizer need to replaced. I scheduled an appointment for the replacement and there's also the price on it, which is very helpful so that I'm aware of how much it would cost. “I brought my 2009 Pilot for a new transmission - I knew my current transmission would have to be completely replaced. The initial price I received was a bit high - but also fair IF quality work was done.It has now been about 6 months - my car runs amazing - their work is truly quality - with quality parts.A couple of other pearls: 1. The price ended up being lower than the initial quote and 2: they not only put in a new transmission, but they also fixed my brake lights, tires pressures and replaced all my fluids (including a synthetic oil change) - there is still no "lights" going off - which is amazing - not even a tire light. If you want quality work at a descent price - this is it. He's not the cheapest but the prices are very fair - yet I still feel like I got a good deal due to the quality of work.”
