“Calm problem solvers. I thought I was right that my new refrigerator would fit through the front door, but I was wrong! The two delivery men were unfazed and didn’t disparage my judgement. They measured every possible alternative and were able to bring it in through the garage and by taking off the kitchen door and actually using a shoehorn to squeeze the unit through the opening! Bravo for their skill and creativity.”

“This car service has been my go to for the airport for many years. Today I had them take my niece to JFK because of the icy roads. She informed me that her driver drove safely and was very professional and friendly. I’ve had them also pick up family members at JFK without any issues. I highly recommend this company as it’s a very reliable service.”

“Empire Transport is a great company and I highly recommend their services. Randy, and his team, are A1! If you need honest help, at a fair price, look no further. Empire Transport took exceptional care of my family when my elderly father was moving from NY to SC… it was a stressful time, and Randy was a godsend… doing business with him felt like working with family. A big thank you to you and your team Randy! I could not have done it without your help. All the best my friend.”

“Showed up around 1 PM on a Saturday. Quick and easy loading. Plenty of room to maneuver, assuming cars aren't parked in the way. MAKE SURE YOU GO UP THE ENTRANCE SHOWN IN BLACK, NOT RED! YOU'LL HAVE A HECK OF A TIME GETTING OUT! I was lucky to have the help of an awesome Conri Service's loader to get me backed out.”

“The people here are great, very helpful and patient. I'm a new employee and I couldn't be happier with the decision I made to join the company. Trucking is a new job for me after 20 years in construction so I needed a lot of help figuring out how everything works and everyone here has been really great. It's made the transition very smooth.”

“Great customer service! I had originally reserved a 12’ truck, but the service rep called me shortly after to notify me that my requested size truck was not available. He worked with me to find a truck that fit my needs and communicated well in advance of my move in case I needed to make other arrangements. The truck was ready for pickup and nice and clean. Thanks for making my move as painless as possible and for communicating clearly about adjustments.”

“Great service with a very understanding staff. Nicole could not have made the experience any easier, & went out of her way to assist. The gentleman who brought out the car was very patient while I learned the basics of a new car. Courteous, professional and accommodating. Will use this Hertz office again.(added bonus, the office is directly across from the Metro North station.)”

“Aside from the below mentioned felonies by our friend their, I wrote an email to the legal department and it must have reached the right hands as the company has totally made amends and I am a very happy customer again.”
