Every time I've gone in here, I am absolutely blown away by the selection. Hats off to the employees for the amazing displays. A huge shout out to Karen, who is always amazing to talk to.I am both a shopper and consigner, and I understand the frustration people express about consigning here, however, considering how many people come in to consign (the line goes down the street!) Heather and her team do their very best to handle every customer with kindness and patience.Tips to shoppers: take the time to look through everything! There are hidden gems in every nook and cranny.Tips to consigners: be patient and get ready to wait! Read through the tips for consigners! It saves everyone time in the long run.Overall, lovely store. It's always a pleasure to explore.

so so so incredibly overpriced :/ everything is just so expensive! cool stuff but even it being rated as $$ is ridiculous-- a necktie is from $90-$120! if you want cool clothes and have a lot to spend maybe, but if you're opting to thrift for economic purposes...I'd go elsewhere

Trilogy is a beautiful store with unique finds at fair prices. The staff are some of the most lovely people you will ever have the pleasure to meet and they help make for a wonderful shopping experience. Love stopping in when I’m in town.

I have never seen a business with a poorer business model. All the personnel seem to be on some kind of “high horse.” There’s a way to deal with the public, which they obviously haven’t learned yet. The person who “judges” your items to be left for consignment has an attitude and succeeds in making you feel very small. In addition, they will not cut a check for less than $50. A very poor practice, designed to improve their bottom line because you have to spend anything less than $50 in their shop or forfeit the money.

They have averagely cute stuff but nothing you can't find online. Speaking of finding clothes online, you're much better off just ordering clothing online than buying anything from here. Their clothing is over-priced and can be found online, never bedore worn for much cheaper. They had a pair of wrangler vintage shorts tagged for 78$ when online you can get shorts or pants from wrangler for 30-60$. On top of that, the zipper and waist button were slightly corroded. The staff was very nice so I will give them two stars.

Small place very outdated on items. Even though it is supposedly vintage. It's looks old not a place that I would keep in my book of places to come back to.

What a scam they are. I brought 6 items to sell. The owner took all 6. Unfortunately only 2 sold. I was owed 22.40. When I went to pick up the remainder of my items I was told that I needed to reach 50.00 to be paid and that money could be applied towards store credit. If I didn't want store credit I could never consign with them again. I said I wanted my 22.40 and I would not consign with them. That in itself is a scam. Well I did receive my check today and 1.00 was deducted as a check fee. Of course the 50.00 minimum was never explained to me when I brought the clothes in and check fee??? A bunch of bull shit!!! Don't bring your clothes there and don't shop there. Greedy!!!!!!

As someone who is midsize, thrifting can often be discouraging, but not here! I really appreciate that they always have at least some pieces in sizes from xs-xxl. They also have both women's and men's items as well, if you feel like mixing it up (because what even is gender anyway). There's also a special room of higher end rare/designer items. I don't dare go in for fear I'll fall in love with something out of my tax bracket... But not to worry, plenty of fair-priced quality finds in the main room! Strolling Tarrytown's main street shops has become one of my favorite self care day activities... And maybe now it'll be yours too!

Great place to come and buy consignment clothing. Nice staff here and they even have changing rooms. What makes this place different is the fact that they're clean and don't have junk like other places

I had a perfectly pleasant trip to Trilogy Consignment today. It's a cute shop for sure. I was there primarily to cosign items. The process was very easy. Everyone was kind and welcoming. I've consigned at other locations over the years and what I particularly like about Trilogy is their pricing transparency. Subscribe to their e-mail list and READ the FAQ's and instructions and you are golden.
