Stopped into this location after a stressful morning trying to resolve an issue with Verizon. Matthew was behind the desk and patiently listened to the issue. He called Verizon and despite dealing with a difficult person on the other end of the call, resolved my problem and even negotiated a credit for a reconnection fee that should not have been charged. Thank you, thank you, Matthew!!

David is a genuinely warm, extremely knowledgeable and helpful salesperson. If I’m able to get service that’s as helpful and convenient as David offers at his store that would be a big factor keeping me with Verizon—in-person advising and help with phone is extremely important

Brian did an outstanding job replacing my old iPhone 11 pro with a 15 pro max. The process was seamless and was done in a very efficient and friendly manner. I would recommend anyone who needs a new cell phone to go to Verizon at N Broadway, Tarrytown NY and ask for Brian!
