The Pharmacy Department is top notch.
The Non-Pharmacy department that sell surgical supplies and the like is the worst. They sold me Test Strips that had expired 8 months ago. When I called the store manager, he did not care at all. They also said 1 of the 3 items I ordered on-line for pickup at this store was not in stock, after saying my order was ready. It was in stock, on the shelf. Useless. Try CVS.

I’d like to leave this review for Oscar who helped me tonight! He told me about the rewards program and helped explain how it al works, without making me feel bad for not following/knowing!! Great guy, super knowledgeable and good at his job! Thanks again Oscar!

If you are going early in the AM, call before you go because the store was supposed to open at 7AM, I went all the way there in the freezing cold, and the doors were locked. I called and someone said that they did not have enough employees to open and to try back at 10AM...

If I could give 1 star I would to the photo department. 1 they couldn’t find my order after telling me it was ready and then saying I had to submit the order again. I did so with the same exact person, I accidentally submitted it as a poster not a poster board but I had just talked to them and showed them the order saying it was a poster board 20x30 like how dumb can you be. Next my husband goes to pick up the order only to find out it’s a poster and that was even done wrong!!!! Saying that they needed a cutting board to cut the sides. At this point I just entered the order to another Walgreens because they absolutely suck. I never write reviews let alone bad ones but god damn. This is the worst walgreens experience I ever had.

Abysmal customer service. Everything is a process, and you can always count on some kind of delay or complication to annoy you. Employees need training.

They don’t even deserve one star. I placed an order for pick up and it was already paid for. When I tried going to the counter to pick it up there was no one there. I waited online at the checkout counter and asked for someone to just hand me my already paid for item, the lady said one minute. I waited a few minutes for customers to be checked out and then waited online again and asked for help to get my paid for item and her response was I’ll be there in a minute, I’ve got to help these customers. I’m confused, what am I not a customer? Terrible service. Will be going elsewhere for what I need.

They don’t answer the phone. Ever. And if they do they hang up on you. The waiting music/interjections telling me We’re sorry our staff is answering other calls. Please hold on and we’ll be with you shortly. This happens after .5 seconds of music over and over again. You could torture anything out of someone with this. I could only hold on for 10 minutes before I was gonna lose it. I let go Walgreens. I let go.

I have been a customer of Walgreens for more than a decade. I’ve been in the Tarrytown area supporting a family member through long term medical care. This Walgreen Pharmacy staff is remarkable. Knowledgeable, communicative, pleasant, and helpful. Every Walgreens, every retail store, should follow their example for exemplary customer service. Brava, and thank you!

Was here to get Sudafed (which was only available at the pharmacy), the woman at the pharmacy was rude from the get-go. She asked for my ID which I had accidentally left in the car. I told her I would be right back as I would go grab it. I was gone for less than two minutes, and they closed the pharmacy on me. Very rude & unprofessional. Would not recommend this Walgreens to anyone!
