When I contacted the company, Croton's employee, David, was extremely helpful. He explained what I needed to do. He followed up with prompt e-mails and phone calls. After sending in another money order, the repair was completed in a timely manner, David was kind enough to send me the tracking information and he followed up to ensure that I received the watch. It looks great, and David is definitely an asset to Croton Watch Group.”
