Sitting here (on hold) deciding on which other bank to take my business to. For the past 20+ minutes I've been wasting my life in automated hell. Not only can I not speak to a REAL PERSON, half the time the phone just disconnects and hangs up on me. I've talked to three different people when I get the sheer luck of a real person answering but nobody knows what the hell they are doing and they just keep putting me on "the loop". I don't need a new card, I don't need help within existing account I'm literally just trying to confirm an appointment that I made the other day ONLINE (like this recording keeps trying to push me to do) for tomorrow. The message said that someone would call and confirm and here I am 3 days later with no call and time taken out of my work day for tomorrow. It's nice to know that they could not care less about my business.

I always make sure I deal with Sandra. Something about having a banker who you can identify with. I am better off with someone who knows my name and I know theirs.

Nastiest bank employees there. If I could give it zero stars I would. Had an appointment at 2:00pm and she was annoyed that she had to help me. Do not bank here!

Great staff. Very helpful and organized. I rarely go into banks due to the time wasted with tellers, but I needed my ATM card addressed and this was done with all needed security, efficiently.

Very slow service. Only one teller. Over 6 people waiting in line. Another lady just sitting behind window. When she could be helping another customers. They need more tellers. And I guess they allow pets in this place. Dude walked in with a big dog not on a leash. Other lady behind window stared at the line and didn't once help out. Wtf.

This afternoon 2pm arriived at this location Wells Fargo Tarrytown NYI was not greater upon arrival 2 employees continued talking amongst themselves for what felt like forever before female at desk told me all bankers were in a meeting I would have to wait 20 minutes.Reason for me going to branch was to open new checking account for new job and I ended having to do it myself outside on my phone once I complete d account opening went back inside to get paperwork for direct deposit and they could not help me management came out arguing with staff about costumer service while I waited for her to help me.After 20 minutes of waiting I said thanks for your professionalism and walked out then she said she wawss ready for me but I had already figured it out online while I waitedVery bad costumer service and working environment

15 mins for them to see that I was waiting on the drive way. Then 20 mins waiting for the deposit. On other Banks it takes about 5 mins

It was a very difficult morning. Having to walk in and handle final expenses for a loved one. The staff was exemplary in greeting us when we walked through the door without knowing. The rep Gloria was just so genuinely sweet and helpful in making seamless transactions - we were able to be on our way promptly. I so wanted to hug her. She displayed genuine sincerity and exemplary service. She is made of the kind of awesomeness a business owner dreams of! That good vibration was received and truly needed. They give the kind of service that could make you defect from your current bank! I appreciated it greatly!
