Thendara Golf Club is a beautiful course in the Adirondacks, described as a little gem. The front nine is wide open and more forgiving, while the back nine is a little tight, longer, and tougher, offering two completely different nines. The course is in great condition, very nice and tight, and is very well kept. Brand new electric carts with a built-in range finder and Bluetooth add to the experience. The staff are very friendly and efficient, with excellent service that complements the course. The Clubhouse restaurant does a fantastic job for lunch with a fantastic menu selection, including popular items like tomato soup, the Smash Burger, and the Chicken & Greens sandwich. The food is very good and awesome, with the snack bar also noted for its best morning sandwiches. It is a highly recommended place that makes you want to come back.

Wonderful Donald Ross designed course right in the heart of Old Forge. From the ungulating greens to the smash burger after in the restaurant, definitely make this your first stop in the ADKs.
