This branch could not be bothered to help me and figure out why my account was locked. There were no other customers at the branch at the time of my visit. Such terrible service.

The is the worst bank, I have ever visited in my life, Martha is sloppy, Lazy and unprofessional, if there is anything like,a zero review ,they deserve it, I will never set foot in that branch again.

I attempted to get some paper work notarized and the lady said she would only do one page. After I explained I have 6 pages she got upset and said she was too busy. Then she said she’s not available to do anything. I have never in my life experienced such a lack of work and lazy behavior in a place of business. This location should have a rating of zero. The women working there should be fired. Absolutely disgusting and pathetic.

I don’t often get cash from an ATM but whenever I go here the machine is unable to dispense cash or accept deposits (what else does an ATM do??)

The staff in this place now is extremely rude and doesn't care about anything. They are rude and do not care about anything. This branch is causing chase to lose sé a custome for life

I despise this place. Every time I go to the ATM there are 5 people in front of me who clearly have no idea how to even use an ATM because its always a 30 minute wait.

Always a process with this place. They can never help when I have a question. If you call for ANYTHING they’ll just transfer you or tell you to go to the other branch. They’re understaffed and half the staff they do have are rude.

Worst theills chase bank ever don’t know why I decided to go that barely help had go one in pomona helped right away. The theills ask to come back tomorrow for appointment never going back horrible service I waited 1hr still didn’t get help asked to reschedule.
