Came here for a schedule flu shot, and had to wait a few minutes for the pharmacist to be ready, but once they were, they explained everything and did it 1,2,3. They did forget to give me any information showing I got the vaccine, but then 2 days later, I got a text with information and a link to save my vaccine time etc.I will say, I was late for my appointment, and called after the allotted time, and they said "just come in" and they helped me when I got there.

I waited several days before writing this, because, had I started immediately after the last time I dealt with them, it would have been a "tapestry of obscenity" still hanging in space over the Hudson. For two years, I have more or less been forced to use CVS for any prescriptions that weren't mail order. I have a lot of health stuff, so this ends up being a lot of prescriptions. And unequivocally, I hate CVS. My gripes have been consistent and constant. Things I need are not in stock, though they're common and I get them every month. CVS doesn't have the strength/size/quantity I need, so they substitute and don't tell me (though they do have to speak with prescriber). I have multiple things to pick up, but when I go to the drive through and *ask* whether there are more, it's "No, that's it," when of course there's another one in a basket somewhere. They keep refilling an expensive med that I don't use any more, even when I've archived it and refused to accept it every time, so Spouse comes home with it, every time. (He forgets. That's why we pay professionals.) There were even times, when using their specialty pharmacy, I'd have it delivered to the store if I had to be gone for the day or it was really hot--all they have to do is unpack the huge outside box and put the much smaller pack in their large commercial refrigerator. Multiple times, as soon as it arrived, they would call me immediately and say, "You need to come pick this us now because we don't have room for it." That was untrue. They were just stupid. "I have it sent to you because I CAN'T GET IT RIGHT NOW." Last week was my limit. Despite having spoken with them before, a prescription that said clearly "30 days" was only filled with enough for 15 days, and they didn't explain to me why until I was crying and yelling on the phone. The woman I spoke with made it seem like it was my fault. Another prescription I needed was unavailable for refill on the website, just a note to "call the pharmacy". Why? No idea. "You just have to call us." I DON'T WANT TO CALL YOU! BECAUSE YOU MAKE ME CRY AND SCREAM! After that call, I moved everything to the mail order pharmacy, even though it's a megacorp and I don't like how they do business. I even contacted all my doctors and asked them to write new scripts. I archived every prescription and will refuse every call and SMS from them. I'm so angry now, my stomach is in a knot and, were someone from CVS here, I would want to smack them. I hate CVS. I hate CVS. I hate CVS.

Save yourself the aggravation and go somewhere else. The nasty pharmacist is more concerned about lunch than anything else. Terrible customer service!

Went to CVS with a prescription for Malarone. Was told the prescription would cost 220 something dollars. Agreed to have that filled knowing the brand name actually costs that amount. The next day I come back to pick up the med and they have filled the script with the generic that costs 35 dollars and are still trying to charge 220 something dollars. These people are scam artists. Don't trust them. Whole pharmacy needs replaced if this is the general behavior.

One of your pharmacy staff members is rude. I called from a provider office for assistance on 11/14/22 around 8:20 am and it seems like the staff member woke up on the wrong side of the bed. It is very unprofessional and should be fixed.

I have used this pharmacy out of pure convince but I am finally fed up and will drive the extra mile to another pharmacy. The staff is lazy, if your script or not in the bin they tell you it's not ready or the doctor didn't send it over. They don't even check their computer. Today I pulled in line for the drive through, A young female worker comes out and puts a cone in-front of my blocking the drive through( I was next in line) she didn't have the decency to block it off after me since I was already in line she knew she was wrong because she didn't even look at me. I rolled down my window to ask her what's going on she says the pharmacy closes at 1:30. It was 1:20. Rude and unprofessional.

Poor customer service. Workers seem stressed out all the time and overworked. They give conflicting information. They input wrong info so always have to double check them. Eg: wrong DOB, wrong insurance information. Cant find refill after saying it is ready ? The service was much better years ago

This is the slowest CVS on planet earth. If you are in line at the drive thru turn your vehicle OFF. Perhaps, somewhere within the multiverse, another more efficient CVS exists... But this location is run by the sloths from Zootopia.

For a 24 hour CVS location like this one, I'm not quite sure why at not even 11pm, suddenly they're getting ready to supposedly lockup & close for the night according to another woman bringing her cart, along with 2 others nearby my vehicle as I was attempting to get outta my car to go inside. This is the 2nd time they've closed well & before midnight even, at this specific location, but then again I'm not really impressed ANY TIME I've gone into this CVS location before their suspicious early closing of their 24 HOUR PHARMACY/STORE prior to this. Shelves were always a disaster, it was next utterly impossible at all times to ever find a thing on the shelves if the doors weren't locked or closed before you walk into this location like they're trying to keep the customers away intentionally or something here. It's just very tacky all around honestly, who wants to try finding an employee in a store like this, that's literally chaos from top to bottom constantly no matter what time of day you see it, but due to their "staff shortages" of course there's no employee to find to ask anything of them or inquire as ro where a specific items suddenly in this store only, somehow the hidden item I can't seem to find without asking for an employees assistance as nothing is in the same order or logical order either for that matter in this store at any time of the day, in any of the aisles at all, nothings in the same places as it should or would be in all other CVS locations. And so help me g-d an employee literally points at the aisle & tells a customer it's down there, but won't show a customer to the physical items, so help a customer can't find the items without the employees assistance, talk about hibernation, not only do they go into intentional hibernation it seems in this store, but they also don't wanna help customers when the customers catch their eye & ear & ask for their assistance showing them where they stocked an item besides either telling them verbally or pointing at the aisles but never ever going with the customer to assist them, lord help any customers who can't find the items based on the hand signals the employee directed you using to the aisle needed for that item, if you bother an employee twice here, GOOD HEAVENS LOOK OUT it's as though you've COMPLETELY interrupted that employees WHOLE ENTIRE DAY if you require additional assistance from them, IF of course they haven't done the point, dodge, dash, disappear & hide on you first!!! All in all, this is just one of the most unprofessional, disrupted, disorganized, disasters for CVS locations!! If their staff shortage is forcing their supposed hours to be cut, I say close this location all together, they don't wanna work at this location even when the doors are unlocked & opened for business, do the community a favor, there's another CVS location 1 town over anyway, shut it down stop this back & forth questioning chaos constantly!!!

There's a reason why they have so many bad reviews. Pharmacist is unhelpful as well.

This should be 0 Starts....Horrible location! Customer Service is non-existent. I had to ask 3 different people for the location of a product I have purchased there before but had been moved. First inquiry was made at the Pharmacy counter and I was sent to the wrong aisle. Waited on the Pharmacy line (again) to ask someone else and was told that they do not carry what I was looking for - and when I explained that I had purchased it there before I was told to go to the front to ask since they stock the shelves. So Frustrating. I went to the front to ask -and of course there was no one around. Some young man in a pink sweatshirt - no CVS shirt or even name tag - who had been standing in the middle of an aisle on his cell phone asked if I needed help. I was not sure he even worked there. I told him what I was looking for and HE asked ME what aisle that was in... Clearly frustrated, I thanked him for not helping and proceeded to leave the store. He called after me "It's Mother's day - don't be so upset!" I told him he needed to be more competent and left. This is not the first time I have received lousy service in this store. In the past I've even witnessed a cashier literally screaming at her manager (who was busy helping a customer ) that her shift was over and she needed to leave! Very poorly run location, it's usually a mess - and the shelves get emptier and emptier each time I visit. Never again.

I wish I could give this place less then a one the staff is mixed batch of barely attentive to down right negative and often it's the latter your lucky if you get your medicine and it's like they know their aren't many options for you either it's terrible especially if your Neuro divergent/chronically ill/transitioning if you have medication you need to take regularly it will always become and issue and you literally do the job of the pharmacy. You will also have to look into calling if any other pharmacy may have your medication only other option is Stony point ND they aren't much vetter either.
