“I would like to say that I have been coming to Weldon since they were a tiny shop changing tires in a parking lot. That said Rich always takes care of me here. I have a 2025 Tacoma and we did a lift kit on it today and ordered some wheels and tires. Manny is the mechanic here he knows his stuff and is always willing to help out. Great service from the team here ! Visit Weldon for all of your tire needs. I guess they do some lift kits now too. Looks amazing !”
“Whatever you do, go to this place if you are in need for repairs. After a full week of getting little communication from other shops, I called here and Axel picked up immediately. After my car got to the shop he kept constant communication and showed me exactly the problem and offered solutions for a great price. He fixed every issue with my exhaust system and finished my car in a few hours. The quality of work was amazing and my car is running way better now and the price was more than reasonable.”

“We drove in with a low pressure tire on the way home from visiting family. One of the mechanics welcomed us and in only a few minutes our car was being looked at. They realized that there was a piece of glass embedded in the tire. They were able to fix it quickly and we were on our way in half an hour or so. Both men that we dealt with were friendly, helpful,and professional. Would highly recommend.”

“Another shop told me I needed new brakes and a fluid flush. I decided to get a second opinion here because I didn’t have any performance issues. The guys saw me right away and checked my brakes, showed me they had plenty of life and filled my tires with air, all free. Saved me hundreds of dollars on unnecessary new pads & rotors! I did some quick searching for a local shop and found Elben. I called and spoke with Gina in the office. She was helpful and recommended a local towing company. Mike made a thorough evaluation of my vehicle and made some thoughtful recommendations and treated me very fairly. “I had an amazing experience at BMW of Greenwich. I thought I was going to be waiting forever, and instead it was a quick in and out. My service advisor, Pat Riccardelli, was incredibly professional and truly a pleasure to work with.
The car came out beautifully, and what really impressed me was the video they sent. The technician walked around the car with a tablet, explaining everything they inspected and what work was done. The transparency was refreshing, many mechanics keep things behind the scenes, but BMW of Greenwich shows you exactly what’s going on.
Overall, a smooth, honest, and efficient experience. Five stars well deserved, and special thanks to Pat Riccardelli for making the whole process so easy.”

“Artie is honest, fair and all round good guy. It’s not a shop with 20 people, so when Dan, who posted a bad review, wanted him to stop working in his regular customers cars, who he made commitments to- I don’t see that as bad service. I see that as Dan not getting what he wanted when he wanted which has nothing to do with the shop.Artie will do his best to find the best price parts to repair your car, he informs you every step of the way and charges a fair rate. He isn’t trying to take advantage.”

He was concerned that a full oil change risked damage without knowledge of the source of the knock. Checked and topped up my oil gratis, though. Thanks, Patrick! That’s customer service. “Honest, reliable, quick - we could not have had a better experience! These guys are the best. We brought our 10 year old Subaru Forester into the Subaru Stamford dealership for a rattling noise and we were quoted 11K to repair a "mechanical failure" with the engine. Thank god we brought it to Red's for a second opinion. Joe Jr. squeezed us in to be seen right away and upon arriving did a quick check of our engine oil to discover that there was literally no oil. Can you believe this is how Subaru Stamford returned our car to us?! Especially after we paid them $700 for a synthetic oil change/tune up less than four months prior... Upon further inspection, Red's determined that aside from not having oil it in the engine was running fine. When we picked our car up - Joe Sr. took the time to show us how to check the oil and top it off ourselves. Everyone from Joe Sr., Joe Jr., to Benito at the front desk was awesome, helpful, professional and knowledgeable. We will absolutely be returning with all of our automotive needs.”
