Come here for mediocre wines and a hostile shopping experience. They only survive because of the convenient location, but still not worth it

Purchased a case of Prosecco for an 80th birthday party for the toast. Opened 2 bottles for cocktail hour and someone indicated that it had ‘turned bad’. Opened a third bottle to see if it was just a single bottle and had three people say it was bad (and spit it out). Returned the 9 unopened and the 3/4 bottle so the shop could ‘try for themself’. Owner at first tried to tell me that they don’t sell that brand and I had to take him to the shelf and show him his own product. Then he took the case and only refunded me 10/12 bottles, saying that without the product he couldn’t return it to the distributor. So, he want to be ‘whole’ by only refunding what he can be reimbursed for and I have to ‘eat’ the 2 bottles that were undrinkable??!! How is it that the customer is the one paying for bad product?!! DON’T SHOP HERE, just on principle, owner does not take responsibility for the product he sells.

The store does not practice safe distancing. While the selection was great and the prices good, there were 2 clerks behind the counter, standing side by side, checking people out. There were no lines. I waited for it to clear, and someone proceeded to go to counter in front of me. It was either stand shoulder to shoulder next to the person being checked out by the other clerk who was less than a foot in distance away from the other clerk, perhaps less, or leave. What happened to social distancing? All the supermarkets are good about it, as well as pharmacies. In a world where thousands are dying from this pandemic daily, this establishment showed no regard for mankind. Not happy??

If I could give this place 6 stars, I would. Wonderful experience.

This place has the rudest employees, and I think one of them is the owner. Unless of course if you're a fairly attractive female. I know it's hard not to put the charm on a lovely lady, but at least try not to make it so obvious.

They have a wide selection of domestic and imported wines. They're respectful and helpful. A wide variety of liquor as well. I think the other reviewer may not understand good wine... consider the source (does he like anything??) They are on the north end of RoseHill shopping center in Thornwood. You can find something to whet your whistle.

Hands down the best liquor store in the area and then some. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and the selection (especially wines) is massive. I live about 15 miles away now and still try to come here if I can instead of any local liquor stores because the quality is that good.

Terrible place to buy Wine or Liquor. I have bought wine there and every time the wine is terrible no matter what brand I buy. It always tastes like plastic and the service is terrible.

A very nice and well stocked store. Just ask the guys, they are very helpful and know their inventory quite well. The store is super clean, well organized, and has wonderful air conditioning on a hot day. Located near CVS and Acme in the Rose Hill mall on Columbus.

Owner/manager is pretty knowledgeable. Selection is pretty good, they had a harder to find spanish Brandy that no other liquor store in the area had.
