My experience at StorQuest has been for the most part quite favorable. The manager, Elisha has also been very helpful and accommodating.
Just recently, while exchanging summer/spring items for fall/winter, the elevators were not functioning. Elisha, offered to help me move my things to avoid making an additional trip. Nothing is prefect, but professionalism should never be compromised, and in this case, it was not thanks to Elisha.

Store Manager Elijah was very nice and friendly. Amazing customer support. Helped me through the process of cutting the lock and emptying out my storage unit. Would absolutely recommend StorQuest for anyone looking for a reliable storage service with the store manager Elijah providing top tier customer support.

This would have been a 1 star review - but it was saved by the exceptional customer care of Abbey. I've tried for 4 days to call and reach someone in the office, with an urgent issue for my small business. (we needed storage STAT). I was hours away from a massive delivery and had nowhere to put it. Abbey was professional, action oriented, understanding and effective. 90 minutes from our first chat, I was signing the paperwork to a unit! She redirected staff from another location to drive 30 minutes to meet me. EXTRAORDINARY effort by the Storquest team.

Been trying to get ahold of this company. No phone number works. They raised rent prices by 35% without notifying me (no mail, email, phone call, etc). I’ve used them for three years and to raise prices this high without warning is atrocious.
