Very Disappointed! Subway had a deal, buy 1 Subway and get another one free. This location did not honor this offer and seemed confused that it even existed. Asked for a refund since I never even received the 1st sandwich as it wasn’t ready after I ordered it on the app. And I never received my refund even after I contacted Corporate. I had to contest the refund through my Credit Card Company. Still haven’t heard from the Subway Company! I do Not recommend going to this Subway Restaurant.

We ordered two sandwiches online and three sandwiches in the store.I told the worker there when she was ringing us up,that those were my sandwiches behind her three times .I turned away for a second and grabbed the big bag .And of course she didn't put the other two sandwiches in the bag.We live forty minutes away and just kept saying the sandwiches were there,and they won't deliver them.I contacted Subway and all they said that they were sorry.

Sandwich was rushed and poorly made. The lady who words during lunch time around 2 just came in dropped her things and rushed making my sandwich. Poor customer service. The person behind left when they saw how she was making my sandwich.

Poor Customer Service...... -While the food is fine, I noticed the afternoon lunch-counter lady is quite rude and dismissive in behavior and service. After making payment and asked if I wanted my receipt, and declining to take it, the lady walks away not wanting hand me my order. I think it's common curiosity that you hand someone their order after they've just spent money in your establishment.

This is the second time I placed a order for pick up with was 50% wrong. I called the store at my meal break to talk to them and explain that my order# 6f159c1d-ec for $13.85. The wrong bread green peppers instead of banana peppers,no garlic aloli,no red vinegar or bacon. I spoke to the girl in charges and she stated that the girl who made the sandwich made a mistake. All she could say that she would tell her boss tomorrow. She couldn't tell me anything else or replace the sandwich if I came down. She replied that she would take my name and tell her boss again and for me to call her back tomorrow then change it to Saturday instead because she was off Friday. This is the second time this happened. So my craving I had all day was ruined again . So I guess i am get a pizza instead so I guess I out of pocket $13.85 twice and the cost of pizza instead which I have to wait till after work to pick up since my meal time is over sorry tummy ps I can understand a mistake once but twice in a row and having staff who can't handle the simple problem and correct the matter then having to wait two day to get a awnser back . From the girl I spoke to then leaving my # with the manager or owner. Shouldn't someone in the shop be able to resolve issues when that happen . I would really appreciate hearing from someone on this matter from corporate.
