Ever since I switched over from Citibank to TD, the customer service provided to me by the TD staff has been on point. I am happiy I made the switch as the staff seems very knowledgeable.

Not open on time. Not the first time I go just after 8:30 am and it’s not open. People inside and all but doors locked.

I was going to open an account at this TD branch on 12/2/23 at around 10am. There was an agent for sitting customers and one at the counter. There was a couple who could be friends of the agent who was sitting. They kept talking to the agent like they are having a Thanksgiving dinner. I don’t know how long it took but I couldn’t wait any longer. Very disappointed experience.

Inquired about mortgage pre-approval. Sent documents for 2weeks. Was told it was “close”. Never heard from the Mortgage guy Joe again.Not on whether I was pre approved or not. NOT how much potential to be pre-aprroved.I emailed multiple times for an update. Gave serious sensitive info to them, and never heard from Joe (deals with the mortgage approvals) again.Went to different Bank. Within 3 days, got the preapproval, for what I asked for with TD.

This was always such a great place for your banking needs. The staff knew you by name and showed an interest in your life. One name will always stand out here; William Van Cook! The TD Bank teller refused to change a $20 bill unless I was a depositor. If I understand Federal law correctly, it is against the law to refuse to accept American cash. It says right on the paper money, "Legal tender for all debts, public and private." I had to speak to the manager to get my change!
