2 years ago I was searching for another propane supplier because I was so unsatisfied with every aspect of Amerigas. But I stayed withAmerigas, with no regrets. You must have made some radical changes to your management team and business plan/purpose statement. Thank you for doing all the right things.

The price for the propane is much higher than other propane companies. The service is very good but when you call the company you will be speaking to someone in the Philippines.

Worst company I've ever dealt with. 10 hour plus calls over 8 months to get a billing issue worked out and a delivery scheduled. caused me to run out of propane. Even the customer retention specialists and supervisors never get back to you after escalating issues.
