Charlie and his crew are lifesavers when it comes to automotive work. The prices are fair and the work is good, but they offer something alot of places don't anymore... Honesty. I have never been steered wrong in this shop and I have enlisted them to do all kinds of work over the last few years with great results. Charlie always goes out of his way to make sure customers are happy. I've had everything done here and always with great results. Oil changes, brake jobs, radiators, water pumps, wheel bearings, multiple lift kits installed and tire changeovers seasonally. Charlie has worked on everything for me from 90s pickups to jeeps to SRT challengers, I wouldn't hesitate to bring anything to him. Towing prices are very reasonable as well! Highly recommend Bain's Sunoco

Ridiculously overpriced. Charged $96 for an oil change (not full synthetic, normal oil change). When I questioned the price the shop owner tore up the bill in front of me and told me to take my business elsewhere. I still paid of course, but will be taking his advice and never returning. Don’t go here unless you want to pay through the roof and deal with a temperamental mechanic.

Called to get an roundabout estimate on a fuel line leak. Wouldn't even let me explain where the leak was, what type of car it was, or even finish a sentence kept cutting me off but I still tried to explain the details. Finally Cut me off to tell me it's 100 an hr and that it's a complicated job. When I again said it's only one side, I can give u car details and tell u exactly where the leak is .. he still wouldn't listen and said he just was not going to do the job.Already had an issue when I bought a brand new catalytic converter and they refused to put it on the car unless I purchased directly through them despite the CC complying with all NYS regulations.

Got an oil change and some brake work done at a great price and great service. Charlie has a great team of mechanics, easy to work with and communicate very well on what was going on with my F-150.

I got a flat tire tonight about 40 minutes from home. I changed the tire but didn’t want to drive with the donut so I called the shop and John answers. What a polite man on the phone, I informed him I wouldn’t get there till about 630 and they close at 7...he proceeded to patch my tire and he put back on the car for me. That is customer service...thank you for employing such a great young man and thank you for being such an asset to the community.

A couple months ago on a Sunday afternoon we pulled into this little gas station ⛽ in this village of Ticonderoga NY. After having a small leak in a tire the young fella working there went out of his way to fix our tire he was excellent treated us very nice and he deserves a raise ??? excellent customer service skills!

My family and I were renting a house on the lake in Ti and had a brake issue that would have made our return home unsafe (almost 300 miles). The owner not only had my brakes fixed in an unbelievably fast time but drove me back to the house while it was being repaired and then dropped the car off when it was completed. Restored my faith in humanity. There are still good people in the world.
