I knew before even going into the store these people were not going to be pleasant. But if the light skin boy with curly hair is still there he’s a gem and a half.and has a great smile. The manager and old man are definitely despicable

Ive had the worst experience with the purchase of "7-11 specifically gift cards". I bought five ten dollar gift cards on 12/07/2024 ,gifts for my daughters birthdays party sleep over party gifts . The excitement they had that they wanted to use them that night. But the excitement calmed down till the next morning. On 12/08/2024 the five girls walked to the nearest 7-eleven
402 Delaware St Tonawanda NY 14150 and to there and my disappointment they were denied purchases using said gift cards. I got in my truck and went to 402 Delaware St Tonawanda NY 14150. Donna who was the store manager and district manager Carlos Torres. Donna was extremely nasty to me and my daughter and friends. Donna told me they don't take 7-11 gift cards. What? Donna was getting me no where. I proceeded to the store I purchased them 533 Niagara st Tonawanda NY 14150 Store# 35153. Store manager Amber and owner Walt Patatio which I wouldn't be surprised already have complaints. Amber was very rude and said it would take 24 hours for the gift cards to register in the system. I work in customer service and food industry and have issued thousands of gift cards and with today's technology it instant. Amber was extremely condescending and said there was nothing they could do until 24 hours.What? Amber was no help. I will get my money back and use it else where. Thank you for your time I have no expectation from this. 7-11 must aspire to do better.

When I needed a candy gift, I found what I was looking for. I was gald I didn't have to waste time in searching, and found the the peanut butter cups in a huge shareable size.

I was buying cigarettes and tried to provide my Drivers License for proof of age, so i moved the scan part of my license closer to her scan device. She says, "You're OK, (she did NOT proof me) if I 'wanted' to see your ID, I would need to see front and back of your License to prove it was me." LOL! Well! I guess this very rude cashier told me!! I was trying to make her job easier and she didn't do her job AND she was rude on top of that!

Never do I write reviews lol but I have to say the dark skin boy with the curly hair is such a genuine sweetheart. Always very positive and kind. Give that boy a raise!!

About Recent ExperienceI wanted to share my disappointment regarding a recent visit. The customer service was subpar, especially during a deal involving Coke and complimentary pizza slices. The staff member's attitude was concerning, and it felt like our business wasn't valued. I hope this feedback can contribute to improvements.

Little inconsistencies at different locations make it very interesting and enjoyable, they always have little hidden gems but you don't find in other stores, usually they're all the same just a couple little differences.

Never going to this one again that "Karen" lady pretty sure it's the morning afternoon manager rude and racist she made some racist joke about me getting bananas when cashing out couldn't believe my ears will be getting her real name that's for sure, seems like a lot of others had issues with her too I don't normally do complaints but this lady was next level rude

Well... 7 eleven is a rip off.I got 2 snickers and got charged double (scanned three times) and i didn't get a refund. Not okay.And i wanted a pizza and the worker said hes not in a MOOD to make a pizza and i was offended.
