Love love the place, they have great prices and services, but just a piece of advice is to really pay attention to details on delivery and the items that are being delivered. Not everything is the delivery guys fault when it comes to broken items, sometimes they come like that. It might be best for the store to really look at those details before the ship the items out. I don't know, there must be a way to make sure that it's not broken or damaged specifically if you are not buying it used but brand new. Other than that they are wonderful.

Your store manager has repeatedly hung up on me, conspired to defraud me, refused to accomodate my schedule and refused to discount the items that were damaged by his delivery team. Your store manager has repeatedly threatened and demanded payment on damaged items "or else..." You can not legally charge for damaged items and your store manager has refused to discount the items even after realizing that my schedule conflicts with your store hours and i am never available when your store is open therefor the obvious answer is to discount the damaged items which your store manager refuses to do. I have all recordings of all covversations and i will be contacting the FBI and FTC as well as the NY attorney general's office for consumer fraud, making false statements, threatening "action" and demanding payment on damaged goods and conspiring to defraud me. I asked for the executive office phone number 3 times today at 716-881-1815 and the store manager as well as 2 associates refused the executive phone number. I will be contacting my lawyer and filing a lawsuit in civil court. The dryer still sits unopened and unused, I am not paying full price for damaged items.Your delivery men documented the damage so your store is very well aware of what was damaged and how. If they try to alter the damage report they are committing a felony by falsifying documents. You have one last chance to make this right...

One of their employees contacted me at the request of my ex husband who has been stalking me and my daughter for over 20 years. When I called them to find out what was going on they rushed me off the call, but they did confirm that the call was placed by them. An employee named Kyle made the call.

An employee of Aarons called me from the store at the request of my ex husband who has been stalking me and my daughter for over 20 years. They said they were looking for a reference for an applicant. I contacted them to make them aware of what was going on but they did not care and rushed me off the phone. They did however confirm that the call was requested by my ex. This review is intended to make shoppers aware that at least some of the employees are unethical. Buyer beware.

I've used them when they were in Lockport and had a great experience. I'm so annoyed with the Tonawanda location. I started a lease online and it said delivery in 5-7 days. After that time-frame came and went I called, it was the first time I got some female who listened to my generic issue, I say that because I did not give her my name, item I ordered, address etc. Nor did she ask for it. I also said my account did not reflect I had any lease agreement but said it shows still processing, but it was supposed to be delivered already.She said they are not responsible for what the website says re:delivery or lease processing etc. And added my item will be in their store on the 23rd so they'll deliver it then. How does she know when she didn't even know who I was or what item I was talking about? Then silence, I thought she hung up. So I was like thanks, It's been a pleasure. She isn't someone that should be doing customer service. She was rude and dismissive and I was really upset by the time our "conversation" ended. So I order an item with a 5-7 delivery window and I'm basically told off and left waiting 3 weeks, but it's not their responsibility. Then whose is it? I will never order a lease again online and I will never deal with that woman again!

Very rude unprofessional behaviors extremely illegal taking money from someone else’s account for my debt after being told they were going to be paid on a certain date and told them they had no permission to take money out of my adult daughters bank account they told me they took the number out of the computer and they did not pushed it though on a random date without anyone’s permission.they came to my home while I was in the hospital told others I owed money how much I owed physically threatened a family member with violence stole a package on the porch walked away with the box ruined my screen door and ruined and ran over my lawn there are large ruts in the front lawn.called corporate and no one from corporate has called me back the manager keeps intercepting the calls. I have recently filed a complaint with the attorney general tomorrow calling FTC and an attorney

What a joke delivered me a electric stackable when I needed a gas one I had to pay somebody to help me being it upstairs just to find out it was wrong, they picked it up4 days later and now it's Been two weeks waiting for my refund. when you call their the people always say they will call you back and they never do what a terrible business still waiting on my 160 dollars that I could really use during this pandemic
