Aftermarket parts are usually there if not they're available I believe they have a hub out in Buffalo if you can't get your parts here

Avoid if you can and shop at any nearby competitor. They sold me a defective part and then told me over the phone they would replace it. When I got there, the employee changed his mind due to the size of the part and would only then sell me a more expensive part to fix the defective part. According to their customer service, the only way to get the promised refund for the defective part they sold was to call and battle it out with the employees.Save yourself the headache and avoid by going to a place that either won't sell defective parts, or will honour their own refund policy.

So... what are those store hours? Showed up at 7pm expecting a 9pm close, official looking company sticker said I was on time, the 8.5x11 sheet your employees printed out said I was late by a hour.

How about update your dam new store hours online. Dont make people waste a trip to return a defective battery . even on the door you have 2 signs with conflicting store hours, get it together

I purchased a part less than a year ago and I had the part re-tested at Advance Auto Parts where I purchased this part. My car's check charging system indicator light went on and explained to the customer service rep to check my charging system in my car is my charging system indicator light was on.
