After the issues I had in the store, I ordered online(see other review) glasses came and lenses were damaged and didn't fit correctly. Emailed and called 2 days now today is the 3rd day and re answer and no reply to the email. You commented on my review to call you, and yet you didn't answer either. I would avoid this company at all cost as I will be contacting my credit card next to reverse the payment as I have damaged goods. Customer service is very difficult for this company.

I love going to this Americans Best on Sheridan . You can get an appointment the same day if it permits . You get in and you get out so quickly . But most importantly, thank you Alen for assisting me today . Today has been amazing.

Dr Tuddle seemed very rushed and didn’t ask any questions. And when I voiced my concerns … he didn’t seem to care. I was in and out in under 5min.

The last time I ordered glasses was in Poland. But I lost them in the USA. I had others, but they didn’t really suit my style. I would like to note the impeccable work of the team. I ordered two pairs of glasses from them that fully met my expectations. Combined with the low price and the attentive work of professionals, I was shocked by the service at the highest level, from the people at the reception to the doctors. Thank you friends, you live up to your name!

This place is awesome,the people are nice and fun and very helpful. The only problem I can think of was the smaller collection of frames but I still found a pair that I’m very happy with. Would highly recommend!

Horrible experience with customer service . The optician Dr. Tucci was unprofessional and rude and doesn't seem to have any experience on doing an eye exam with a child .

I've worn glasses for 50yrs. I bought my current pair here 3 wks ago. They are so uncomfortable. I brought them in twice for adjustments since. Still no good.

They messed up the first pair (minus 1 star). The second pair is the best vision I have had since I started wearing glasses.

The service was fast, the receptionist wasn’t rude or anything. They actually give you your prescription without buying a product immediately unlike the one on mckinley parkway.
