Patrick, the repairman, was communicative about his arrival time. The fee for the service call and the repair was much cheaper than getting a new oven. Patrick was very friendly and personable. I would call Reilly again with any issues!”

“North Buffalo Home Depot is amazing in much nicer than the Amherst location that I'm always going to. The staff go above and beyond, and they have yet to fail me. When they know me on a first name basis,that's just what it's about. That quickly made me realize that these guys remember who they are talking to and that they pay attention to their customers. Looks like I'm saying goodbye to Amherst. I worked with her gentleman named Russell and Dan. Russell was a manager, and Dan worked in the power to while. These two gentlemen made my evening much easier.”
“The best in rental. Edit: To the previous renter with the gas pole pruner, THD does offer many wrenches for any tools that may require adjustment in the field, including the pole pruner. The safety bucket (you declined to take with you) includes a helmet, ear/eye protection, chaps and ADJUSTMENT WRENCH. The tools are quality and safety inspected before EVERY rental and these bolts can easily be adjusted by anyone with a crescent/socket wrench, or even a simple pair of pliers. Chainsaw chains frequently become loose after use so this should not have come as a shock to you. A lack of knowledge and experience on your part apparently equates to a 1 star review for a retailer renting tools as a service for those in need. If you're unsure of what you may need when renting an unfamiliar tool, ask and we'll gladly explain! Maybe just take the safety bucket next time...”
“This man is a blessing!!! I went to EVERY major supply store around to find a replacement gas valve for my boiler. NONE could help. I started to just google and call supply stores and saw this small shop after my 3rd attempt. I called him and described my situation and he HANDLED IT. Didn’t even have to finish describing the part I needed. He responded with knowledge I didn’t even give yet and said he had a BETTER replacement. Picked it up in an hour and for a reasonable price!! Greg you are the man and my OFFICIAL supplier and reference for heating & cooling needs brother!”
“I've gone to this Home Depot many many times and it's usually pretty good. Most recently I went and the one product I was looking for had a price sticker on the shelf, but the space where the product should have been was filled by something completely different. Luckily an employee came around the corner at that same minute and asked if I needed help. I explained the situation, but he was kind of surly and didn't believe the store even carried the product I was asking for despite there being a price sticker on the shelf for it. He then whipped out his inventory/price checker and found that I was right and a shipping box with several of the products was stashed away on a higher shelf. He got me on my way by getting the rolling stairs and grabbing that box and one of the products.”

“We originally went to Ferguson to order bathroom fixtures in a new build/ renovation project. I have been working with a showroom employee who has been wonderful to this point although she has been out of the office while we are at a crucial time in the building process and need to order additional fixtures as soon as possible or there will be a delay in the project. I called to ask if I could place an order and the receptionist said no, but she could take a message. I asked if there was another employee that could help me place the order and she said “maybe” and would take a message to have someone call me back. I said, call back today? And she said, maybe, I don’t know. I then asked if it would be easier if I ordered the fixtures from the website on my own and she said, “well that’s all we do for you anyway” so now I’m left to figure out what fixtures and installation pieces are needed to place an order by myself without risking a delay in the project… I was left kindof bewildered and confused because what is the point of having a professional company help you if they are unwilling to assist you during a time sensitive customer service need

“I Love Ron and the staff here. I have paid off a. 55" TV and furniture set, and received great deals on both. I plan on purchasing a washer/dryer here next. I've never had any bad experiences here honestly, And I don't get paid for reviews. Ron has always been very lenient when it came to financial hardships. He will send someone out right away if there is something wrong with a product with no questions asked. And he even gives Cheerful Birthday calls. I can not speak on anyone else's experience but if you cannot afford to buy things straight out, this is the company to go through.”

“Placed an order in February for some bulbs that I ended up not picking up. Assumed it would be cancelled and forgot about it. Got an email today saying thanks for picking it up, which I never did especially if I'm sitting at home. Manager was nice and refunded me but employees should verify stuff is picked up especially if they no longer have the item where it should be and actually cancel an order correctly.”
