This place sucks. I walk in with my daughter to buy her a new phone case, and we stood there for 40 minutes before eventually giving up and walking out.
Edit: went in for a second try. All that time, just to get told they don't have one.
It would be nice if when you walk in they'd at least see what you want before just dismissing you, saying they'll be right with you. Because I could have avoided wasting a whole lot of time, if someone just told me from the get go that they don't have any.

Charges were put on my bill after purchasing a new phone that I DID NOT authorize and was told I would not be getting my money back. Very frustrating and ridiculous

The people in the store are great. I recommend this store for everyone. They will do whatever they can in store and provide guidance for anything they can't control. Awesome.

I had a dumb question about my phone bill but was in and out of the store right away. Hector remembered serving me and was incredibly helpful during all of my visits. Thanks for everything!

Service was immediate and the rep, Jeremy was great. My major issue is I ported a phone number to this existing plan in November 2023 and should have been paying $37.50 per month for the phone line but I discovered while visiting that I have been being charged $80 per month for the phone line. Where is my refund/credit? The store was unable to assist with that.

Customer Disservice
Had urgent matter regarding transaction at this store. We called and were put on hold for a solid 30 minutes after rep took no information. After calling back, another employee placed us on hold again for yet another 15 minutes. Still no resolution.

Hector Rivera did an awesome job of helping me upgrade my phone and plan this Saturday when I stopped in. He was polite and patient. He also had a vast knowledge of the products and services available to me as a customer. I will be staying with AT&T and working with Hector on my future purchases.

Went in on Friday with a little PTSD from an experience I had at an authorized retailer last week. Sat with Hector and explained exactly what I needed out of my visit. He was great. Showed me all my options. Walked through all the plans available to me and didn’t try to force me into buying anything I didn’t want or need. He even pointed out a charge on my account I was unaware of. Great customer service.
