“A friend told me to go to AutoZone to fix my brake light. Knew what I was getting coming in from a YouTube video, even though i pulled into the wrong store a block ahead. Guy at the front counter was helpful, gave me a few minutes to figure out what I was looking for before he knew I needed help. Found my 7440 for me which was out of stock at the display. Lent me their socket set without charge. Generally kind all around. They weren't judgey about me being a kindergarten car fixer. Also chuckled at my burnt out bulb crack, when it's probably something they hear every time. Will go back. Thanks.”

“These guys literally just spent 20 minutes helping me figure out my very weird windshield wiper and also I should mention that it's 2° outside. I bought a part at a different auto shop they had no idea how to put on my wiper they offered me no help I came here and they jump through hoops even though I didn't buy the wiper here. After the case was approved, they were able to schedule me in just 2 days for the actual windshield replacement at Glass America, which was also an outstanding experience.
