I came here with my ID to get new cards due to losing mine. I couldn’t access my accounts to get my cards or take any cash out bc I didn’t have a card. They said use mobile banking and I’m locked out of mobile and only online can help. Don’t come here unless you are just depositing or taking money out. The branch can’t do basic things anymore. Only investing and putting money in and out.

Going in tomorrow to cancel. Called overseas to Pakistan and some guy canceled my debt card and said it will be 7-14 days until you get another one, this was all because I had questions on my account. Looks like I’ll be living on the street and eating ramen for 14 days, thanks

Worst branch ever,they never respond to the phone ,they never have cash ready for withdrawal, and you have to schedule every time for a week ahead.

Autumn, the FCM at the 1188 NiagaraFalls Blvd location, restored my lost faith in humanity today. I had a friend out of state in trouble and immediately in the need for funds, and I tried to deposit, but policy was no cash. I had to get money orders, but they didn't clear immediately, and she saw me in distress and went above and beyond. I let the manager know as well, but if she were not there to care and assist, my friend would have been evicted by the end of tomorrow with her autistic daughter who are 10 hours from me, I felt helpless and cash apps are not that safe. What an amazing human and asset she is! Thank you from all of us!Pam

I couldn’t be more grateful for Zach. What started as an attempt to close one of my accounts, turned into Zach connecting me with a very pleasant Peter, who then gave me more information on homeownership and the many resources available to me at the bank. That was on top of Zach taking the time to show me how to navigate the many useful tools on the app to further my financial goals. I have been a customer and a local for most of my life here and this is by far my favorite branch. Kathy even overheard our conversation and offered more resources, on top of the kind teller. I couldn’t be more thankful for Zach and his kind and effective attention to my financial goals.

On our visit today, we encountered the rudest, ill-informed tellers we've ever encountered at a bank. The older Asian lady wearing glasses and her middle-aged supervisor never smiled, displayed ignorance when it came to BoA's deposit policies as stated on the bank's website, and became outright belligerent when we requested that they do their job.There are better BoA Financial Centers in town, and we suggest customers visit them instead.

Not a bad branch it’s just communication. I have called a few times in regard to a technical difficulty and was not able to get assistance. This was also during normal business hours. Do not waste your time and call the number

The employees legit let the phone ring allday.. I sat there in line and watched a teller stare at the phone.. she was not assisting anyone then laughing to her coworkers that the phone kept ringing

Tried to get ahold of someone at the branch and all I could to do is get through voicemail prompts. What a horrible horrible thing could they should be ashamed of themselves.. I don't know how they stay in business when they're not accessible. If you thinking about going to the Bank of New York runaway as fast as you can cuz they're just horrible

Poor service with sketchy operation. Think twice if you would want to have your business in this branch.We had an account opened and money deposited months ago and went in a couple of time for the same issue, but the number is still not corrected. Not sure what they did to the money. Had to contact BOA's customer service for help -- really hope they could solve the issue.Some of the folks are not friendly and pry into your private matter. One lady asked which kind of car I was buying when I mentioned my planned purchase.Other BOA branch I know is fine. This one is the worst I have seen among all banks I visited.

Went in with a concern around a possible scam and was told "just call the number to see if it's real". Like what??? How is that customer service? This bank cares about one thing. Money for themselves.

We often take the time to post or write a negative review n not recognize when someone is kind because we assume it's there JOB. While it might be there JOB it's always uplifting when someone is kind n does there JOB with a smile! Karen Hardison did just that when I visited the bank n asked for her assistance with a problem! She readily assisted me professionally, pleasantly n kindly!! Just wanted BoA to know that she is definitely an asset!! Also thanks to Tanisha Massey n Peter LaBruna for there assistance with our financial transaction. They too were professional n also pleasant n kind through out the process!! Two more great assets to BoA!!

Good location, terrible customer service. The management is totally indifferent as to whether customers are satisfied. When I stated that I was not happy with the service, I was told that they are a "National bank", and that they essentially have all the customers they need. This has happened on more than one occasion. I'll be moving my business elsewhere.

Slow transaction times, haven't stepped in this branch in over 8 years and I remember why I haven't. 2 tellers, with attitudes that it's a hassel they have to help you. Just unpleasant and will continue to do everything online and with other banks.
